Staff is always very friendly and service is quick. It’s very convenient not to have to take baby in and out of the car when we need to pick up a couple things. Prices are comparable to Target or Crest, maybe slightly on the higher side. I have only received fresh, good quality fruits and veggies when picking up here. The selection was a little weak at the beginning but seems to have improved recently. I’d give it an 8/10. There are random things, mostly household items and baby items, they don’t have which has made me end up at Target instead (ex: frozen pie crust, Pampers Overnight, Sippy Cups, certain vitamins, baby yogurt, pacifiers, etc.) They also didn’t have a great vegetarian selection when I first downloaded the app which seemed weird since I would think the store is targeted to a younger crowd. OH. MY. GOODNESS! The service is unbelievable. The employees are the friendliest and put customer service above all else. The layout of the facility is very customer friendly and efficient. I picked up my second order today. I forgot to notify the store that I was on my way. No matter. I pulled up, scanned the QR code under a covered awning and within 12 minutes my order was delivered by a cheerful and friendly sales associate. This business is AMAZING! If you have not downloaded the app, do so now. I got a $15 off code for my first purchase. The value os outstanding. I work close to the May JackBe. So, I just place my order and pick it up after work. Super convenient. Super savvy and …..So...

I’ve been here twice and I am so impressed by the speed and also by how kind the workers are! However, today I picked up chicken breasts and they were still frozen…since a lot of people use this service as a convenience to grab foods to cook for dinner, it really defeats the purpose when you try to get fresh chicken and it’s frozen. It was frustrating to not be able to cook what I planned on. It’s just something to note. I would still definitely return. It’s a great service!

Update: I received a call about this which blows me away! It was really not that serious to me but they will be fixing the issue with their warehouse. The manager Edie is extremely kind and caring!! Excellent...
