7-Eleven — Local services in Oklahoma City

While I actually still visit probably weekly to get iced coffees, slurpees and drinks, this location as with most, sadly, is pretty badly kept. I want to like it more and be more positive but it’s usually just dirty and unkept. The bathroom has been broken down for weeks and I finally took photos because it was so bad week after week. There are usually no options on the rollers when I want something, typically some machine is down too. I love the rewards program and using the app, I just wish the inside experience was anything good at all. Considering the options like OnCue so nearby and that this is such a new location, it’s sad how...

I’M DONE with this location. I was excited to see this 7-11 go up since it was on my way to work. I like to drink ice tea in the morning but they were out of sugar for the tea one week and now they are out of tea! Whoever orders their supplies needs more training. I hope they figure things out.

Update: 11/27/2023 They are out of tea almost every day including this morning. I am going to post every time I stop.

Young lady working the Laredo taco today with the piercings, was amazing. Every 711 with the Laredo taco I’ve been too in OKC has been a bad experience. Today my opinion was rectified because of her, give her a raise. She greeted myself and daughter, she was courteous, and the tacos were perfect, great job! The store was also clean, I still don’t like the layouts but that’s a corporate issue they need to figure out. Also very neat to see Hot wheels and Autoworld cars being sold there. Good store, I hope on my return I can have a similar experience...
