QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

When this Qdoba opened up across the street from our neighborhood we were so excited. I even swore off chipotle for a while. Everything was awesome in the beginning because they were new. However, as time went on it seemed that the staff just couldn’t wait to get out of there more and more. Portion sizes also greatly decreased over time. But what did it for us is the fact that they close at 10 and they’re trying to put everything away at 9. Twice now in the last week, we have shown up at this location to get food, barely after 9 o’clock, and they’re already cleaning and packing things up. When we show up, they look at us like we’ve disturbed them. And of course, we ordered food anyway the first time, but because they had already started packing things up it wasn’t even warm or fresh anymore. The second time, we didn’t even bother. We just walked out. If you want to close at 9 o’clock, then close at 9 o’clock. But if you state that your restaurant is open until 10:00 PM, you should still have the food out when someone walks in at 9:03 PM. Super disappointed with how things turned out with this location. The staff was rude they did not confirm the door dash order and would not remake it. when I showed up to get the order the worker was rude and would not even listen to me that it is their responsibility to remake the order if they do not fully confirm the order and it is stolen. Now I drove 12 minutes to this restaurant and I will not get paid because your employees won’t do their job. they are rude!! I personally will never eat here now. And thanks a lot for making sure I did not get paid whilst all of you will get paid for your hard work I am loosing gas and money! Restaurants like this is why it is such a hard job to door dash!! So usually i come here i have a good experience but the morning crew is not very nice. I come in and try to get a a la carte as i always do and this old hispanic man is doing my order. I have hard time explaining to him what i wanted but then as were going down getting my food he is barely giving me anything. I ask for him a bit more beans cause he got me barely a few table spoons and he gives me a little pinch. Then we get to the meat and he gives me next to nothing and i ask him to give me more and he sits there and gets me like 5 little strings of the pulled pork. No exaggeration. Very disrespectful. Then i get to the end and I ask for salsa verde in little cups and they try to charge me. I have never been charged for that a single time going there.
