Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

As a dasher, I am taken aback by how condescending and rude your staff was to me while explaining how to properly pick up an order during late hours (I arrived around 11:55pm) I waited in the mobile pick up line (first time I have ever seen a mobile pick up line for Taco Bell) for several minutes and was not greeted by anyone through the intercom..Not a big deal, I go to window to see if maybe I had missed something and the lane was closed or something. I was immediately rudely greeted by a young lady who was very condescending, and rudely explained how the mobile pick up line worked, when I was very kind from the start. Sometimes all it takes is to be kind to someone, you truly never know what someone is going through. Do better Taco Bell!! I am a frequent dasher in the Edmond area, ALL the other Edmond locations I have picked up from are always unwaveringly kind. I will never pick up an order from this particular store again.. I would much rather wait in a longer line at a different location that I know will treat me well, than pick up an order from this locations fancy mobile order lane, just to be treated harshly. I will now be giving them all 5 star reviews because they are just that...

Taco Bell is always hit or miss for me. This was my first time coming to this one and although I immediately noticed how nice and new it was, that’s not at all what I care about. I ordered a crunchy taco supreme, steak chalupa, bean burrito, and chicken quesadilla. I also asked for fire sauce and a baja blast. I felt compelled to write this review because never in my life has Taco Bell ever hit this good. It was so delicious and fresh. Everything was perfect. They didn’t forget my sauce which is my biggest pet peeve. I will think of that Taco Bell meal for the rest of my life and continue to compare all other taco bells to this one. If It’s not too much of an inconvenience I will try to go out of my way to come to this location. I don’t know if this was just a fluke but I’m still living off of the high of that meal. Just in case timing has to do with anything I got my meal here on a Friday at like 4:30pm. I hope all Taco Bells hit as good as this meal I would eat...

I have been all over edmond and this is the worst Taco Bell the people do not care and won’t do what you ask for!!!! Tonight I spent $40 for Taco Bell and they forgot my quesadilla, didn’t ask if I wanted sauce, didn’t give me a receipt until I asked, forgot to give me a pack of the Cinnabon delights and also there are tomatoes all over my tacos when I requested no tomatoes!!!! Like what’s the point of the employees if they won’t do their job I’m not even kidding 5 things went wrong!!!! I live in deer creek and it’s too far to drive back and my order is all messed up.
