I have nothing nice to say about this place absolutely nothing first off I ordered from Uber eats pay $26 for some sushi I ordered a combo which came with three different types of sushi they charged me $22 at first and then added on $4 before the driver came I was like okay maybe they went up because of COVID no that's not the case first of all when I got my stuff my order it was not right That's who she was not right they gave me something so disgusting My stomach is still sick to my stomach I'm literally sick to my stomach I don't know what in the world they gave me but it looks like some type of shredded fish or shredded canned tuna that was soaked in marinated I am so disgusted Not only because of that but because of the customer service the customer service was so bad three people got on the phone and literally kept saying hold on please hold please hold please hold and then hung up in my face so I called politely and asked them I said can I bring it up there which was a 35 minute drive from my house to them can I bring it up there so they can fix my order and give me what I paid for they said they didn't get paid from Uber eats yet so they can do anything about it and they said they have a policy to work they cannot fix your food so you telling me that you can't fix my order that you messed up and then $26 that's not cheap for a round of rice and some fish this place is ridiculous it's sad and I am so disgusted and my stomach still hurts I feel like I'm at the throw up I tried one of them and it was horrible I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever come here in my life again honey they can pay me enough to step foot in this place or order from them I pray that Uber eats take them off of there which overeats doesn't even care either customer service is getting so out of control and disgusting I just hate paying for stuff that is not done right that's damn near $30 for nothing down the drain and to be feeling sick thank you...

The first time was a few weeks ago. Getting our food was a little slow for our first visit, but we chalked it up as being newly open and growing pains.
Tonight, we were celebrating our sons 14th birthday and he chose to eat here. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was polite and wished our son a happy birthday. My husband and son each ordered 2 rolls and I ordered the Japanese rice with chicken. We waited almost an hour before their rolls were delivered to the table. My plate was still not ready. The waitress told me it would be a few more minutes. About 10 minutes pass and she comes to the table with a yakisoba dish questioning if this is what I ordered, because it is what she wrote down. I calmly told her no, that I ordered the Japanese rice with chicken. She apologized and said it would be a few more minutes for my meal. Another 10-15 minutes pass with nothing! By now my son and husband are done eating. I called our waitress over to tell her just to take my meal off the receipt, that I no longer want it. She again apologized and asked if it was ready would I like it in a to-go box. I reluctantly said okay. When she came back she apologized, and again said the meal was not made and her manager took it off the receipt. Never once was I rude to her, but I was extremely upset, irritated… and hungry. I waited tables through high school and college. I know the chaos that can happen. However, this seems to be a logistical problem if the server, kitchen and management don’t get the WHOLE order out and in less than an hour.
The place was busy, but not packed. Not all the tables were filled and no line at the door.
We will not be returning anytime...
Read moreI ate dinner with my husband here at around 6PM on 8/8/2023 and was very disappointed in both the service and the quality of the food. We were there for a total of 2 hours with 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. We left at around 8PM. We ordered steamed dumplings and the seared tuna for our appetizers. Shouldn’t take too long to cook right? It took 30 minutes to get to our table.. When the dumplings came out, they had holes in them and were falling apart! When the seared tuna came out 20 minutes later, it was also falling apart! For our entrees, I got a sushi roll and my husband got teriyaki chicken. I got my roll about 15 minutes after the tuna appetizer and my husband got his about 20-25 minutes after I got mine. Never in my life have I waited for so long to be served and eat at a sushi restaurant! :( We were served everything that we ordered separately so we didn’t even get to eat dinner together! This was a date night, ruined! The people next to our table got their meal at no cost because of the terrible service. For some reason, we got no apology or even a discount on an $80 date night meal. We usually go to the location on OKC and have great service and food every time we go to that location. Because of this experience, we will not be going back to either. Don’t waste your time...
