I’ve always had good experiences here with friendly staff, quick service, and a solid system. But today was different, I pulled into the first lane. Then another car pulled into the second lane shortly after. The woman working the 2nd lane immediately went to her. I thought maybe she didn’t see me or that someone else was covering my lane. But then another car came behind me, and another in the second lane. Again, she took the second lane’s order. skipping me, twice. No acknowledgment, no heads-up, just completely ignored my lane. I even made eye contact with her, twice, and still nothing. Finally, a male employee came and took my order. By that point, the two cars in the second lane had already been helped and were leaving. When I voiced my frustration, he told me “this is my lane,” as if that explained why I wasn’t helped before the other 2. Then he said the other people got their drinks faster because they ordered before me… But that’s exactly the problem, they shouldn’t have!
If this is how 7 Brew runs its dual-lane system, it seriously needs a rethink. There was no communication, no teamwork, and it felt flat-out rude. If employees are going to ignore customers waiting in one lane, they need to at least say something!
Also, to add as I was watching them to see when my drink would come out. The male in lane 1 blew his nose into a thin tissue, and then I watched him to see if he’d at least use hand sanitizer… nope. Read moreI didn’t want to write this review as this used to be my family’s favorite place to come. We’ve been patronizing this business since the very first day they opened. As we frequented more often there would be an occasional mess up with a drink, or not so friendly team members from time to time, one time in particular we had to go back two separate times after getting the wrong drink made, and ice chunks in a smoothie. We still continued to give them our business. The last straw for me was the fact I came in as I always do the young lady asked my number however muffled the last two digits when repeating back the number. She paused for a second and was said ok I have your account pulled up what can we get started. We ordered a total of six drinks as we typically do and at the time when I checked my app I was one drink away from a free drink. We get our order and leave, however go back the next day to redeem the free drink just to be told we were still one drink away. We immediately knew something wasn’t right as we just ordered 6 drinks the day before pushing me over that limit to redeem my free drink. I instantly knew that the young lady added my drinks to the wrong number. They typically say your name when they pull the account up she didn’t which could have prevented this. Read moreI don’t think I have experienced a customer service Rep behave this hateful. Yes there was an impatient incident before because I paid for soft top and asked for extra Carmel drizzle. I had to pull back around because there was no extra Carmel and no soft top. They put Carmel syrup in extra not the drizzle. Today the same server from that evening a few weeks ago put at least 4 inches of Carmel in my medium drink. There was no reason for that and as bad as I wanted to pull back around I remembered your crappy attitude when my drink was not made correctly.

I’ll start going back to Dutch Bros 🤷🏻♀️ even if it is out of my way when I am commuting for work. I suggest this server take a trip to Dutch Bros and see what a caramel drink looks like. It literally looks like the advertising picture that is posted, not 3 slivers of Carmel down a cup. But the drink maker of the shift if I’m unlucky at 7 Brew isn’t going to get it If I don’t ask for extra I just get 1 drizzle of Carmel down the cup.
