Terrible experience I went in for an OU an OSU flag 3 x 5. Asked if they had any OSU flags left a guy went to the back and tried to help but there was none. I did find a OU flag I thought it was a little high at $37.99. When I went to try to pay the computer broke and I could not pay with my credit card so they tried to reboot the system. While they were doing that I found the OSU flag right in front across from the register where an employee could have seen it and should have known it was there. They rebooted the computer got it back up I tried to pay again no Bueno computers did not work again. So I told him I would just order it online the manager I think he was the manage Gave me a free shipping code. Which was great. I left and Noticed there was an ATM across the parking lot I went and got cash to go back in and pay hours clearly say 8 PM on Thursday I went back it was 7:02 and they said I could not come in and buy it because they already started shutting the broken registers down. My Fiancée and I visited the store last Friday and there was literally just us two in the store. One worker passed us and never said a word went into the back and never came out. When we found what we wanted to purchase, we stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before we finally just left the shirt and walked out. After finishing our shopping (approx 1.5 hours later) we came back and the shirt was still laying on the counter where we left it and there was still no employees to be found. I finally walked out of the other entrance and there was an employee talking on his phone and I asked if he could ring us up so we could leave. Came to see the Thunder playoff gear they had 5 employees putting it out at 1:30 pm on Friday the 30th had a box of the hats open and sitting there for all to see asked store employee woth the beard if i could get a hat and the employee refused and said that he would NOT sell me one until they were put out?!?
