Worst boba I’ve ever had. Watered down, not enough ice, zero flavor. Can’t believe tapioca pearls tastes like literally nothing. If you want watered down, luke warm drink go ahead. And let me tell you their weird policy. So you can’t get your drink in small size if it’s “favorite drink” even tho it’s listed available as small on their menu. They slap a hand written note by the cashier, it has to be large. I was like whatever… other thing is large drinks are $5.99 on menu plus $.75 for toppings. But my large milk tea drink with boba for some reason came out to be $7.89 without tax. Price discrepancy is a big no no for me as a customer. You’re not only forcing customer to purchase larger size while it’s still on the menu available as small and also charging totally different price. Absolutely won’t be back, this business should review...

I personally did not go here myself. However, my friends went and did not have a good experience. My friend ordered a drink, and she was unable to choose her tip option on the card reader when paying. The tip was chosen for her, and it went though without her even clicking anything. Essentially, it sounds and looks like the worker tipped herself. In my opinion, this is kind of wild. This could have happened to someone who only had enough to pay for the drink, and not the tip included. This didn’t matter, as she decided to tip herself. Everyone’s life stories are different, and it is unfair to assume someone can easily pay more than what they chose to. (Also, none of the friends enjoyed their drinks. If you’re going to tip yourself, at least make the drink good...

I don’t write reviews whatsoever but this experience was very unpleasant. I went yesterday and I’m never going back. My first time trying boba and you could see that it bothered her that I had questions about their teas when this is all new to me. She made it seem like buying at the place is an inconvenience, I guess she was too busy on her phone while “working”. I finally got to try it and the tapioca had no flavor it tasted like plastic. The counter was so dirty it made me not wanting to even drink my boba anymore. The owner of this place please check on how you employees work. I don’t recommend this...
