QQ China — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I personally want to say that the young man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude for no particular reason. I was very disappointed and was in shocked about the poor customer service. I ordered a meal that I did not know would have eggs in it because it was not displayed on their menu that eggs will be added in that particular meal, like some of the other items they had on their menu. So I politely called to inform the person who was taking orders that I had food allergies and was not aware that eggs would be added in the fried rice and asked if can return order. The person basically told me that it wasn’t their problem and will not take food back, in a very rude manner and said that they can not make a new one without eggs. I heard the food was great here but I wasn’t expecting unnecessary rudeness and unprofessionalism. Not only did they steal my money, but I couldn’t even eat my meal. I've been here twice but I've had their food once before I came here myself. The first time I had this food bought by a friend and brought to the house, I thought it was really good and deserved a 4star. By the time I came by myself for the first time I thought hummm not so good perhaps a different chef in the kitchen today and I could ve rated 3star. However, I came back by myself the second time and Lord have mercy, food was tasteless to top it every single shrimp i put in my mouth from the combination fried rice had sand in them. I should totally rate a 1star but I'm making it 2star because of the first time I had it. If only it tasted as expensive as it is. Anyways, I won't be back the sand did that for me. P.s The twice I have been here their bathroom NEVER works always out of order. And it's just take out by the way, no dinning in. But while waiting for your food you may want to use the bathroom and all you hear is 'sorry...

An updated post - this is our go to Chinese takeout! We have tried numerous dishes over the past few years seats trying to find something different each time.

This visit I tried the QQ Platter - what a great idea. You get to try a little bit of everything, Chicken on a Stick, Egg Roll, 2 Crab Rangoon, 2 Fried Chicken Wings, 8 Sweet & Sour Chicken, 2 Fried Wontons.

My wife got the AC27 Sweet & Sour & Shrimp and it can with Fried Rice, & Egg Roll. We added a 4 pc Crab Rangoon - that might be one of the best I’ve tried!
