Unfriendly - Rude customer service owner or lazy Asian person who worked early morning by 6:45 -7 am Sunday 8/6. I had been there a few times and had pleasant time with the 2 ladies who helped me with 2, 3 orders of 1/2 mixed dozen + 2 bags of hole donuts as small gift to kids of neighbors. This time, the 30ish young Asian guy was stupid and told me that he couldn't help me because of large order? Whatever, I felt being treated differently EVEN I AM ASIAN LIKE HIM, when he took care of the other 2 Americans came after me and ignored me. I just told him how rude and stupid he was and left. Great service! I stop by here bi-weekly during the weekdays and I have always had amazing service. The lady that works the front counter is always pleasant, smiling & just the right amount of chatty. She makes you feel very welcomed and has an amazing attitude even when the line gets long. She is wonderful! I hope she knows how much she is appreciated. The donuts are always good also. I was very displeased with the service..recently moved in the area an I've been into this establishment about 5 times an it's very evident they have customers whom frequent often an even if you are ordering they will pay you no mind to speak once they grace the door.. not to mention I commented on a previous purchase that was burned an crispy and not even a apology..sad that businesses are getting away providing customer service..they never know who they may be serving that just a smile may...
