Largest issue: maintenance walks into your apartment unscheduled and even when you have your door locked or the extra security clips closed so that no one is able to enter, even with the key. In one instance, I had fallen asleep on my couch after working out and was wearing only my sports bra and underwear only to wake up to two men in my kitchen, one standing at my sink and able to see at least part of me over the partial walls that divided the kitchen, dining area, and living room. When I woke up he was looking right at me and said thank you Ms. (My last name), and both men walked out. I quickly through on my workout clothes and ran out the door towards them as they were getting in the truck and yelled over the railing to ask what were they doing in my apartment and how did they get in and again the guy said thank you Miss, have a good day. I started to go downstairs after them and they pulled out and sped down the street over the speed bumps. I knew they were maintenance guys because I had seen them before so I called the office and got no answer. I left a message and did not hear back that day or the next so I called again and spoke to Stephanie, who was completely dismissive about the whole incident and kept trying to rush me off the phone, so I asked to speak to Regina, but was told she wasn't there. The next day I went to the office and spoke to Regina and she said she didn't even know facilities was going to be in my apartment and have not heard anything about this incident. Got two weeks later, my boyfriend I got out the shower and gone downstairs to the kitchen in a towel and was standing in front of the microwave which was around the corner from the front door. He heard maintenance knock but since he was not the actual resident renting the apartment and in the towel, He did not answer. They unlock the door and tried to push it open but it got caught on the security clips and he expected them to just pull it shut but instead heard a sound like metal hitting against metal, and saw that maintenance has a tool that looks like a bent screwdriver that they used to undo the clips on the doors and enter your apartment without authorization. The maintenance guy was startled to see him and said "oh excuse me I'm sorry I need to check to see if this apartment has a garbage disposal" andd then shut the door before my boyfriend could answer. There were several incidents of them entering my apartment with or without me there and without my knowledge with no explanation. Even worse, they usually never fixed anything that was needing to be fixed when I did request a service. They were usually very untimely and seemed very on organized in the work, which leads me to my next issue: The fridge in my apartment did not work for 9 1/2 of the 12 months that I lived at Wedgwood. On five separate occasions I called to tell them I needed maintenance to come out and fix it and on the third I had a discussion about it either needs to get fixed or replaced and if not done so, I need to be reimbursed for groceries I bought thinking the fridge is fixed and was going to work for longer than a week. This was largely opposed to buy the manager of the complex who blamed me for The fridge malfunctioning. Every time maintenance would try to fix it, they each said a completely different issue was the source of the problem. They would tell me it was repaired and every time, The fridge would stop getting cold within about 4 to 7 days. I stopped trusting that it was fixed after it stopped working the third time and did not buy anything to put into the fridge but spent about $1200 between the first time it broke and had food in it, replacing that food after it was fixed that first time, it not working a second time and being fixed and replacing the food again. The manager out right called me a liar about the amount and how often the fridge was malfunctioning so I sent her all of my receipts that coincided with the dates the fridge was supposedly repaired and she told me that it's not her problem that I spend too...

This Is ONE OF THE MOST POORLY RAN APARTMENTS YOU'LL EVER STAY! I've Lived in this complex entirely too long longer than I wanted since NOV 2022. I moved with my fiance and our 18m old plus I was also pregnant. so clearly we were desperate to land. Online Wedgewood promised renovated warm homey apartments and they also advertised the huge pool it hasn't been open in over 5yrs according be my years here and prior residents. When I first got here I'd ask when the pool was opening and id always get back "In a few Weeks". Our first day moving into our apartment it was dirty nothing had been cleaned they had to replace an old refrigerator that was in here and was molded and smelled like roadkill inside. They got the refrigerator from another vacant unit because it was short notice and literally my move in day. But that doesn't mean that the fridge was any less old and disgusting pretty sure they brought me a nice giant refrigerator infested with roaches (knowingly, unknowingly) who knows? The fridge is still infested especially in the back it leaks water in the day and night randomly all over the floor and I've asked for a new one and have never gotten one all these years. My Master Bathroom's bathtub was never resurfaced I'm still showering in stains and cracked paint from before 2022 God only knows how long since its been even fixed up checked for mold or anything! I can't even take a bath if I wanted to I'd probably get sick from the paint chipping and rust poisoning. Then we can move on to The A/C in the spring and summer I'm constantly in contact with maintenance to fix my a/c unit outside its been replaced according to them fixed up numerous times and still I end up calling them every we weeks to come because if its 80 degrees outside my house won't get cooler than 80 degrees unless its cool or raining out. I've been paying to much money to OG&E because of this apartments stupid electrical issues and the best part is now my bill is the lowest its ever been here only because of the fact that I only have power in my Master bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen and I have 3 long extension cords running from my room to this one lamp that I bring back and froth from my kids bathroom their bedroom an the living room so they can see in our home. It's one of the saddest thing I've ever been through especially for my kids to have to suffer for no fault of my own. I just want you to just be ready to be greeted by your cousins, friends, neighbors, whatever you want to call them! Bring a tiny pen with to so the roaches can sign your lease with you. Because this is their house hunny the roaches own wedgewood village. I've waisted so much money on pest control products doing my own full sweep clean out. throwing away infested furniture, not being able to hang up or have decoration on the wall because roaches hide there and live. So don't have any decoration in my apartment. My oldest daughter is 4 and I've struggled so much potty training but even more so because of the roaches. She wakes up screaming and wetting her bed from roaches crawling into her bed at night. or she has bad dreams of them crawling on her even if they aren't (this time) and still wets the bed from the trauma of them really crawling on her before. Then she tells adults about the (spiders) AKA (Roaches) she sees in her room and bathroom at night and how she's afraid to use the bathroom or even sleep in her bed at night. My home was inhabitable from the beginning but by the time I knew it was too late. I initially informed the office in person on July 22 2025 of all these issues including but not limited to NON-working electrical outlets/switches in key rooms, Malfunctioning A/C (excessive indoor heat), Severe roach infestation, unsafe living conditions for young children, and lack of adequate lighting throughout unit. Long post but I feel like it's worth the read.

I already on the fence about this place because the staff wasn't on the same page, they were all nice but, nobody knew what was really going on. However, unless you are really good patience or you can do it yourself DO NOT MOVE HERE. My dryer has never worked since i moved here in May of 2018. I have to go to the laundry mat. They sent someone to come out here to "fix" it all he did was start it and said just make sure you take the lint out then left. I could have done that myself but instead of spinning my dryer 4 to 5 times and avoiding paying 240 electric bill, i wash my clothes then take them to the laundry mat with my 5 month old. My stove head worked for 3 months than magically stop so I only have 3. My refrigerator leaking clear fluid for almost 3 months now getting all over my floor and food. The water is always shut off and the water is always black. Shady neighbors, My car has been broken into 4 times since May 2018 and the security guard never patrols the apartments. The gates are always open no telling who is really coming and going. The walls are ultra thin but its an apartment there are suppose to but i can literally here all my surrounding neighbors. I can here them walk, talk, have sex, fuss, fight, doors open/close, listen to the tv and all of above. The neighbors on the sides of me constantly wakes my baby up by walking too hard and slamming doors or cabinet doors and i am on the second floor but overall the apartments is nice, the staff is friendly sometimes, the apartments is always clean outside if you minus all the dog poop scattered everywhere. However they are way too expensive for people who has to fix there on problems or wait 1 to 3 months to get something done.

I really hate that I moved here but I hate it more that I cannot move from here. There are wasp everywhere. I got sting twice. I called the office and they told me I had to buy wasp spray. After i already paid for 4 cans and it's still didn't get rid of them. I asked if they can send someone to knock it down before my 9 month and 6 year get sting and they told me it wouldn't be "wise". So i went to the office the next day and was told post control will come. Been waiting for like 2 weeks and still waiting. We don't have a light bulb outside. So its pitch black. Which is scary when dealing with two kids going up the stairs and they still haven't fixed that either and that's been some weeks too. My bathroom water was running without the faucet being turned on, now my shower doesn't work at all. I call to put in a order. They manager gave me attitude and decided not to put the order in whenever I called the next day to check on the status on the order. I had to put in another order. My living room lights are out. Changed bulb twice, and still didn't work. So called maintenance and 3 weeks later they came out just to say they will be back and they never came back. I had to put a work order in 2 weeks ago. My dryer still doesn't work. My stove still have 3 heads. My fridge fixed itself but I noticed that my kitchen sink has a small leak but I guess I'll deal with it because I really don't have a choice. It's not like they are going to do...
