I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience because I didn't have an appointment. I wasn't aware I needed one for a shop at a mall. They pushed to try and get me to come back during their extremely limited hours, but changed their minds with a big sigh and an eye roll and said they would squeeze me in when I told them I just needed to buy a bra. Then the sales lady IMMEDIATELY started arguing with me about what size I was, insisting on sizing me by taking me into a tiny little back room and having me take my shirt off. She immediately commented on the band extenders I was using even though I was finishing the sentence explaining that I was rapidly losing weight and was using the extenders so I didn't need to continually drop hundreds of dollars on bras. She continued to belittle me, arguing that I was not in fact wearing the correct size, but was multiple cup sizes down and multiple bands sizes up. To my absolute lack of surprise, the bras she brought me did not come even close to fitting. So she brought more and more, none of them fitting, but getting closer and closer to the size I said I needed (that she said was wrong). She even demanded I try a wired bra even though I told her that they not only are incredibly uncomfortable on my extremely sensitive skin, but I have a metal allergy, so having underwire would not be good for me. I ended up having to try one just to shut her up. It hurt as soon as I put it on, of course..... We finally get to the size I asked for, which was actually the correct size, though she didn't directly say it. She said "well we can try it and see, but I'm still not convinced," but it wasn't in stock, so she said she would order it and it would be in in about a week to a week and a half and she would call me. That was 2 months ago and she never called. I got my bras elsewhere because if she refuses to listen to the person WEARING the bra, has such a nasty attitude, complains about her medical problems the whole time (while I'm sitting there in severe pain), and then can't even be bothered to call when my order comes in? Good thing I didn't pay...

Some of the most uncaring and incompassionate people I have ever met. Very unexpected in an area where people are at their most vulnerable. My mom went in without an appointment not knowing she needed one, after being told earlier that morning by phone to go ahead and come in, was met with haughty aloofness from every person in a customer service role. They seemed to be irritated and bothered by someone needing their help and when I went to ask questions about what my mom would need the dark haired woman responded “we’ve been doing this a long time I think we know what we are doing.” Earlier in the morning when my mom called she was met with the same attitude with the woman on the phone responding “oh my god” under her breath as my mother started to ask question. As anyone who has been through cancer, or walked with a loved one through this journey may know, there is so much information coming your way, that wanting to be informed and go into each step with eyes wide open can be expected. We went in trying to make a hard day light hearted and fun and they were terrible. I would rather fly to a different country than take my mom back to this place. I think it is pitiful to act in this way because you believe you have cornered the market and can go without treating people with any...

I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in May of 2022. I had a double mastectomy in July of 2022. My surgeon told me to go to this boutique and get a surgery pack, prior to my surgery. The pack included a special bra that held the drain tubes and it also had some padding to help push extra fluid out. I was ecstatic about that. I returned to this fabulous place to look for a wig. They have such a wide assortment, I was very pleased. Then after my treatments were all done, I went back a third time to pick out some prosthesis. That was such a wonderful experience after all that I had gone through in the past year. They were so kind and thoughtful. Extremely professional and very caring and impeccably knowledgeable.
