Office staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is hard to park. Parking is either on Santa Fe in a few spots parallel in front of the building, or down the block at the library, At least this is what I have determined. And it’s a nightmare when leaving to get back on Santa Fe to head East. But, I came here to say the sidewalk from the East side leading up to the building is awkwardly blocked by a large piece of mosaic art placed directly on the walkway. So you have to detour around in the opposite direction of the front entrance or cut through the empty garden area that is next to this art. So, the little empty garden needs just a few pavers for visitors to follow a natural path to the front door. I came here just to leave this message so the right person...

Water and trash costs are outrageous. I've lived all over, and never payed 73.00 month for water and trash services. I dont water my yard. I dont even run my dishwasher, and I'm gone 10 hrs a day for work. Called the office to see if my bill could be a mistake, and the representative couldnt even explain how the sewage costs are calculated. Highway robbery, and poor service. Go to Overland Park. I played 32.00 month there for same...

Resident here since the 70s. My once beautiful is finished. My neighborhood is full of Biden's immigrants. Nowhere to park anymore. Cars line the street. Cars on every corner....
