I'm very late about writing this review, but I still feel it's warranted. Around 18 months ago I walked into the store because I needed a few links taken out of the Moto 360 watch w/ metallic band that I had just purchased the day before. A very nice gentlemen greeted me when I entered, and asked how he could help me. I explained that I needed my watchband adjusted. He then took the watch to the back and removed a couple of links. I browsed the other jewelry in the store while I waited for him to take out the links. He then asked me to try on the watch to make sure it fit before he put it back together again. I continued to browse as he finished up the watchband. I tried on the watch when he was done, and it fit perfectly as expected. I then headed over to the check out counter and asked him how much i owed him. He then politely waved his hand dismissing my assumption, and told me there was no charge. Really impressive considering how tricky it is to remove pins on the Moto 360 metallic band. I usually adjust all my watchbands myself, but this one was way more difficult and I was worried that I might damage the watch trying to do it myself. The watch came back to me without a scratch, and for nothing out of pocket. I wasn't in the market for any jewelry at the time, but I did see they had a very nice selection while I browsed the store waiting for my watchband to be adjusted. Recently I decided I wanted to have my parents wedding rings redesigned into something I could wear. I had a vision of what I wanted so I took them to Richard at Warren Hannon's Jewelers. Richard works with you to help your vision come to life. There was no obligation up front. I described to him what I wanted, and through computer renderings he got an idea of what I wanted. When he thought he had it, he sent me a text with the design. At that time I could have had him tweek it, but it was exactly what I wanted. He then had a wax model made for me to come in and approve. When it was ready, he presented me with the most beautiful ring made from diamonds from my mom's wedding ring and my dad's band. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He is so wonderful to work with. It is important to him for you to have what you want. He also bought gold and silver that I had collected over the years, and wasn't wearing anymore. Richard is a hometown guy so when you go there you get great personal service! I would highly recommend if you need jewelry services or want to purchase go to Warren Hannon's. You won't be sorry! Took my watch in to get the battery replaced. Never got a call back. Called back two months later and they couldnt find it. Said they would look for it in the safe and call back. Never heard back. Called in again and they still couldnt find it. My wife went in to inquire and still nothing. Granted, we didnt have the receipt but come on. Now im out a 200 dollar watch and they made no effort to make it right, even though they knew who we were and had clearly clearly admitted they lost the watch. Its been quite a while since this happened and I already have a replacement “smart watch” but just thought about it and felt obligated to perhaps help someone else. You get what you pay for I guess. I would recommend staying away from this rinky-dink operation....
