BEWARE! This place is so unbelievably trash. The woman who works here will pretend that she knows what she is talking about to sell you products you don’t need then refuse to refund you. She told me that a particular pod would fit my wife’s vape so I bought it then had to buy a pack of coils for that pod. Since my wife trusted that this woman knew what she was talking about she didn’t bother to check the pod fit before she threw her old pod away and then she opened one of the coils out of the pack of 5 and put it in the new pod and when she tried to put it in her vape, sure enough, it didn’t fit. She had to fish the old pod out of the trash. When I brought these items back to the store, the very same woman refused to refund me anything for any of it. Not even the 4 unused coils. She claimed she couldn’t resell them. Now this is an absolute lie because they sell individual coils all the time. She could have at least refunded me for the 4 coils that she could resell but instead she claimed she couldn’t resell any of it so it wasn’t her problem. I had to buy vape juice at the same time she was screwing me over so she offered me a discount on my vape juice but she could have refunded me the amount of the 4 individual coils she could resell SINCE THIS WAS HER FAULT FOR ACTING LIKE SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN SHE DIDNT. At the time I bought these items I even asked her if she was sure and said I could just buy a new pod online if I needed to and SHE SAID NO, THAT SHE WAS SURE THIS POD WOULD WORK I DIDNT NEED TO WORRY! The kicker is that when I went back in to return this garbage and told her it didn’t fit she proceeded to ask me if my wife’s vape had a battery ( there are 2 different version of this vape, one with a battery and one without) ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? If that mattered WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME THAT WHEN YOU SOLD ME WHAT ENDED UP BEING $25 WORTH OF GARBAGE?! …oh because you didn’t care you just wanted my money. To sum it up, don’t trust this place. I am pretty sure this woman is the owner or at the very least a manager that is always there so just go...

Visited this shop and was wowed! Not your typical vape store, great look and feel being highly organized. Visually, everything has its place and you can see all the products easily without wondering where to find thing but if you do Dave will definitely point you in the right direction. From the very first visit Dave was more than accommodating with explanation, educating, and not rushing to jus get a sale. He patiently allowed me to try multiple flavors and found exactly which ones would be the best for my taste. Quality liquid that I can trust the source of that eliminates concerns of foreign ingredients that can be questionable in this industry. The prices are competitive and I feel I am getting a good value for my dollar. Visit this shop and you will realize what you have been missing from you typical vape shop/lounge. This is hands down the best vape shop I’ve ever been to! The owner & all employees always treat you with the utmost respect & are always helpful for any scenario. A couple years ago I decided smoking cigarettes for 30yrs was enough!! So I went to Blue Cloud Vapes with zero knowledge of how any of it even worked. I left there that day with a plan & a nice little vape device with a couple bottles of 3mg nicotine vape juice & a month later went to zero mg of nicotine. It was a couple rough weeks at about the 3rd week going into the 4th week but I did it. I would definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t already been! The place is super cozy, they always have a bowl of candy & even have places to chill inside along with chess & charging outlets. Good vibes for sure.
