Great inventory, with great prices for the brands they have. But customer service felt very selective and kindly rude. Noticed they were nicer to other customers by giving them complements and making them feel more welcomed while I felt observed the entire time I don’t know because of my looks or either my baby being with me. I wasn’t even allowing my baby to touch anything and my baby didn’t even do any mess in the store. Anyways, made a purchase and a consignment. It was my first time and I wasn’t even told how I would be contacted nor explained the whole process. When I approached to ask how would I be contacted I was given a look and didn’t even say have a good day or anything like that. Hidden gem! Great designer pieces at great prices! The sales associates are astounding, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most importantly friendly. Exceptional customer service!

I hadn't been into the store in a few years since I moved away from SA and I must say I love the new store front, very chic spacious and trendy! The new location is bigger so that means more room for designer items, inventory is diverse and hits all price points, honestly!

Also, I knew ahead of time that they would have some great inventory as they are Instagram friendly and upload any new merchandise they receive to their social media accounts. I was so happy to see this store brought back to life, but the (lack of) service was terrible! I hadn't realized they'd re-opened (they used to be on Olmos Dr.), so when I saw them on McCullough, I turned around and came back. I should NOT have! My husband and I walked in and there were two other customers, so not busy. There were two female employees, one who was at the front working on a display - it's like we hadn't come in, there was zero acknowledgement. We were there probably 15 minutes, and neither salesperson ever offered any help. I guess I shouldn't have expected it, it's like they couldn't be bothered.
