I will leave this review because it seems to me that the way they act is not correct. A few weeks ago my wife and I were blessed to become parents, I went to HEB to buy formula for the baby and grabbed three cans of 30 oz Similac 360 total care. and it was started to be used one and two days later the baby began to be uncomfortable, we discovered that the formula was giving the baby pain due to the gas. Therefore I went to HEB to want to return the two leftover cans and we realized that we lost the receipt so we thought that with the card we could return them, this happened two weeks after the purchase. I showed up at the counter and the cashier told me, swipe the card and the purchase didn't appear and he told me, maybe you used another one and I swiped another one and it didn't appear either and the cashier insisted that I use another one, he insisted so much on the issue that he questioned me, before From this he told me that I had 90 days to return an item and when this happened he said sometimes the transactions do not appear after several weeks... so I returned home and went to the computer and entered the card account statement and the transaction appeared. So I came back the next day with the card statement printed to show that I had used that card, so they made me swipe the card again and it didn't appear either. They talked to each other to follow other steps in the system and they couldn't, and the cashier stopped. He got mad trying and he told me go and grab the formula you need and I will give you an exchange. I went to grab the lactose-free formula. I returned to the counter. At that moment another cashier appeared and wanted the transaction reference number. I returned home to print and take it, due to my work reasons, I could not return. On the third day my wife came with the printed account statement and the reference number. On this day the manager of the place was there and she told my wife with a resounding no that if she didn't have the receipt I wouldn't bring her the cans of formula. In short, I have two cans of formula for $48.00 each paid with my card that they did not want to accept... I write this review because money is hard to earn and now I will give away or put in the trash two cans of formula that could be of use to someone.
