The entire downtown area is painfully decaying. Several block stretches of the city smell like urine and have needles, piles of trash, and people blocking the sidewalk while sitting in their own filth.
To make the city a "better"place, the government has decided that instead of addressing these glaring issues destroying our downtown, that the best course of action is to:
A) create a convoluted new pay for parking system AND even go as far as to remove the button for a free 15 minutes from existence.
Then
B) Deploy an army of parking agents to extort revenue and harass the people who come to the city to spend money.

I’m so poor and you want to take from me?...

I took my board to Budd Bay for breakfast (17 people) and went to work at the Capital, the. To Dockside for lunch…and ALL of us got tickets! How are we supposed to patronize businesses when we can’t park our cars? However, the staff at the city are great. They were friendly when getting parking passes for my residence and they were quick in the process. This review is a 2-star for City Council and court-/judges, and 5...
