Food is always great. However I was a little dissatisfied with the young lady I spoke with on the phone. I asked her if the beans were gluten free to which she responded âI donât know, I donât think soâ, itâs fine if they are not, but it would be nice if she could have asked. I also currently have to be dairy and soy free and asked about the meat and if it was cooked in any thing like butter/sauces etc. she did ask on this however she said âitâs no guarantee that it didnât come in contact with milk or soyâ. Again I completely understand that, so re-phrased the question asking but is the meat actually cooked in anything that would contain either of those. She replied with âI donât know. I donât know how it gets cookedâ. I understand she may not know but asking more specifically would have been nice. This is an allergy I have to avoid and I feel like a good establishment should be able to tell me a yes or no we donât cook our meats with those ingredients but it could still have cross contaminated. I will be honest I sensed attitude with my questions and as a paying customer who would rather support local than a chain (who can provide me with the info I need) I was not pleased with my overall service. So just a warning if you have food allergies/sensitivities maybe stay clear or ask someone more willing to take care of the customer and go the extra steps to obtain the info they need about the food. Overall food is great, especially if you donât have allergies you need to...
Read moreFood was expensive and just OKâŠnot like I remember when I used to eat at the Original location down in Bellevue. As I was about to bite into my Brisket Sandwich, I noticed a big black hair sticking out of the side. I pulled it out and ate it anyway, without saying anything. BUT my biggest complaint, and the real reason I wonât be going back, is the tip they expect! Restaurant is set up like a fast food place, so why are they expecting a tip in the first place! I donât tip at McDonalds. BUT, and I wonder if the owner even knows this, they flip the screen over and give you 3 choices reading left to right 25%. 22%. 18%. That is ridiculous! 25%??? First off, I hate tipping BEFORE I get service, which obviously sucked (remember the hair in my food). Anyway, I tipped 18% because I didnât want to go through the whole process of clicking other, then putting in 15% while the cashier (with black hair) stares at me. I hate those machines but more than anything, I hate the fact that this FAST FOOD RESTAURANT thinks I should tip them 25%!!! I get that these machines are all over the place now and I get that people arenât paid enough so tips help. My wife is a bartender so I understand tipping and, ask anyone who knows me, I am VERY generous on my tipping. But, 25% is just ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. That poor decision, Iâm afraid, is going to hurt them in...
Read moreI placed an online order at the Omaha store, as their website recommends to do when a customer does not have time to spare. I waited the 15 minutes as directed by their website. I arrived and expected to pick up my order at the time I was told to do. I was told by the cashier and MANAGER that they were too busy to process my order because of the customers in line. This brings up some questions which are: Why the hell do they offer online ordering for customers that do not have a lot of time to spare? Why are online customers put behind in store customers? Are in store customers more important than online customers? According to the cashier and MANAGER at this store, they are. This is wrong! People place orders online to skip the wait in store at the business, especially if they are short on time, which is what their own website recommends to do. Why did I, as an online customers have to wait 20 minutes for them to process my order, while other customers orders where processed before mine. I do not like companies that treat me as a customer, or any customer this way. Because of this companies beliefs and work practices, they lost this customer. The way their workers treated me, if they continue to threat other customers this way, I foresee them losing...
