I started coming here in August 2025 following an odd ultrasound result and them being the only clinic that could get me in on such short notice. My experience with them has been a mixed bag, but mostly leaning towards poor. I have only seen a handful of revolving residents which is fine, however I'm disappointed with the lack of people actually reading my chart or listening to what I'm saying.

I came in with constant severe pelvic pain and heavy periods. The first resident I saw prescribed birth control, which didn't help my problem and instead made it worse, and I was back within two weeks. The second resident, Dr. Brent Horswell, did significantly better about listening to me and understanding that the problem was beyond something birth control's range of helping and decided to schedule me for a laparoscopic procedure. I was pleased with the results off the procedure, as Dr. Horswell found the source of my pain and treated it accordingly.

When I came in today for my two week follow up, I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed to know the doctor I saw was not the same one who did my procedure and was someone who didn't even read over my chart and history with birth control and also didn't really listen to me. An appointment that should've only taken 30 minutes ended up taking an hour because of the fact I had to give her a run down of my history; which was available in my records. She tried to insist on and push for birth control even after I stated that I had consistently poor results on it and wasn't willing to try it anymore. This doesn't get into how I had to be the one to tell her about how Dr. Horswell told me just a month prior that there was a chance I could have endometriosis, but it wouldn't be seen with a camera due to being microscopic and that I was dissatisfied with the notion I was "healthy" despite the fact my menstrual cycles have worsened significantly over the past two years to be completely incapacitating and heavy. I eventually said I would be willing to take testosterone if it meant I didn't have to suffer through debilitating periods. Apparently, that was acceptable, however they haven't sent my prescription to my pharmacy despite claiming they sent it. I called them to clarify, and they said they'd work on it. Still no prescription, despite the fact it was agreed upon.

The entire experience to get something figured out that would work for me has been incredibly aggravating and downright ridiculous due to the amount of hoops I have had to jump through and circles I keep being run around in. I have had nothing but problems with this clinic, aside from my wonderful interactions with Dr. Horswell. The attending physician helping the residents was insistent the problem was with my muscles, and I thank God for Dr. Horswell who performed the surgery and figured out it was definitely not my pelvic floor muscles just being weak. I got no relief from the pain until my surgery, and any attempts to get them to fill out FMLA paperwork with my job was extremely difficult and much more of a hassle than it realistically should've been. I'm dissatisfied with the level of care from the majority of the doctor's I've seen from this clinic, and frankly the only one who was worth seeing was Dr. Horswell. Save your emotional stores and money for a clinic that actually listens to their patients who want to find the cause of the problem or want an alternative method to solve their problem that's not the "acceptable norm" and not just treat it with repeated bandaid solutions or the "wait and...

We just moved to Omaha from Las Vegas and was 7 months pregnant so I was looking for an OBGYN asap. I had found Omaha Ob-gyn Associates which I absolutely did not like. Everyone in the office was cold and never smiled or laughed. C'mon people we are women having babies there should be some sort of excitement from staff not even a congratulations there from anyone. I wrote a review on their google page so you may check it if you would like more insight. Anyway, Dr. Glowacki is a decent doctor. Hes very forgetful and doesnt have a lot of answers when you ask him something specific not something you want from your doctor. His main nurse Trish or Trisha is very rude every visit. She makes the visits intolerable. Shes quick to sass talk or talk rudely. She seems to be the only nurse he works with. Like I stated before Dr Glowacki is okay but I needed him to fill out a medical paper and I had a appointment scheduled but had the medical paper faxed to his office before my visit because he was on vacation so it took a month to get an appointment with him. Dr. Glowacki's office denied the form without even talking or calling me to see what it was about before denying it which isnt the sign of a good doctor. What If it was an emergency? He had no idea what was going on but yet he felt the need to deny it?? Then he forgot to scan the medical paper to my client file so I had to go into the office on 2 different occasions to pick up this paper. His nurse Trish could have made it easy by just scanning and emailing it where it needed to go but she chose to make this a difficult process and trying to use the old medical form with the denial instead of the updated one. So I had to drive the paper to where it needed to go. Once I was finally seen by Dr Glowacki and he reluctantly approved the medical paper he was trying to get rid of me by referring me to physical therapy saying theres nothing else he could do and they could fill out the medical form further if they felt necessary. Theres plenty he could do but it's a lack of care on his end. Hes one of those doctors that just see you as a number. I'm currently looking for a new OBYGN who will actually take the time to find out what the problem I'm experiencing could be. I am currently reporting Trish to the CHI Good Samaritan Complaints for her rudeness and lack of professionalism. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about her award winning attitude. She went as far as to say none of this was her problem. Wow, way to talk to...

Ive had no issues here except for waiting in the room to see the doctor. All staff, nurses, ultrasound tech and doctor are helpful and courteous. One time I did ask to be checked into 2 appointments that were back to back. The front desk said checking into the first was fine, but it wasn’t and they should’ve looked into it bc the nurse had to check me into the second and I had a much longer wait because of it. On the other end we have had excellent experience with the ultrasound tech who is very skilled, kind and friendly. I really like my doctor too. Very personable and takes the time to answer all my questions...
