China Taste — Restaurant in Omaha

I been a loyal customer for several years and I always spend over $40….. Today was my last day ever eating or spending money here….they never give me my little sour sauces that should come free with the meals because I order a full cup which always comes half and I am feeding a family of four plus. the people here was so rude when trying to place an additional order for four extra egg rolls they try to charge for sweet and sour but again never got the original sauces with my $48 meal I originally placed…I am a big foodie and I have told others about this place today I did a review and explained to not order from these people again and everyone agreed due to the bad customer service I got the owner customer service from the MALE especially is VERY HORRIBLE I would not recommend supporting this place. Also I started to notice the portions of food when ordering larger orders is smaller. Never been to any Chinese place that doesn’t give you one free sour sauce with meals or even appetizers. This place is going down hill because management is getting greedy instead of being thankful for the loyal customers I always wonder why a lot of people have bad reviews but I understand the reasoning...

I’ve eaten here several times & loved it until today.. Ordered online for delivery. 1 sesame chicken COMBO for $11.40 (which says it comes with 1 egg roll) & 2 chicken egg roll for $ 2.49 (as it shows on their online menu) & in instructions I asked for all white meat chicken & extra cups sweet & sour. My order came with only 2 egg rolls, 1 half filled cup of sweet & sour sauce & all DARK meat in my entree. When I called & told them, they said that $2.49 was for just the 1 extra egg roll (even though their menu says differently!) and you only get 1 cup sweet & sour no matter how many egg rolls you order & white meat would be $3 more - which would’ve been fine but it says that no where online nor gave me the option other than in special instructions, where I put it. They offered no solutions or apologies - could’ve cared less I got shorted 1 egg roll, and a meal I couldn’t even eat!! Horrible...

The food was the definition of mediocre. It wasn't really good or bad, it was simply OK.

The service was horrible. The server was rude- my mother requested a mix of fried and white rice and he laughed at her and said, "No, we aren't going to do that." Then I waited, and waited, and waited some more for a refill of my water that never came. Also, no public restrooms. To make things even worse, we ordered two items from the lunch menu listed at $7.50 each and, with waters, should be $15.00 plus maybe $1.50 in taxes, making it $16.50 but we were charged over $18.00. A complete and total flop for customer service.

For atmosphere, the place has buffet tables with to-go boxes in it and the place is dead. They clearly just want door-dash business. They even have a shabby barrier built to control passage in and out- and it looks very ghetto.
