Five Below — Local services in Omaha

I just wanted to say how great of an experience I just had at Five Below at Westroads Mall this morning. I needed a couple school supplies for our son and grabbed a couple other things too. I scanned everything and went into the diaper bag for my wallet, only to discover it wasn't there. I had my two kids with me- a toddler and a baby, so I was already flustered. I asked the gal up front if she could hold my order as I would have to go home and find where my toddler hid my wallet. She happily did that, but she also mentioned Google or Apple pay. I've never used those before, but at her suggestion, I downloaded the app. I called my husband to get the card info to put in and was able to pay for my stuff! It took a while because of my low phone reception in the mall, and she was so kind and patient! In all my chaos, I forgot to ask her name, but she was absolutely amazing and so so helpful! She totally saved me from having to drive 20 minutes...

I went to 5 n below just yesterday January 27 around 11-12 right after work, I walked in holding a protein shake I had bought as my breakfast. After browsing for a bit and not finding anything I left the store, a few seconds later the worker walks out into the hallway and starts yelling at me accusing me of shoplifting and saying that if I was going to steal that I should’ve been less obvious about it because she sees it in my sweater pocket. I find it very unprofessional that she not only accused me without proof, but also waited until I had left the store when she could have confronted me about it in store so the misunderstanding could be solved?!?! If she had paid enough attention as she claimed to have when she saw a drink in my pocket, she would have also noticed that the brand isn’t even sold in 5 n below🤦‍♀️. Talk about rude, unprofessional, unqualified...

The WORST bathrooms I've ever seen in my life. One bathroom had a dirty smelly mop, another had no soap and a puddle on the floor, and the last one had no soap and PISS on the seat. Each bathroom smelled horrible and there were no employees around to ask to clean the bathrooms. I understand it's busy but all three bathrooms being absolutely gross is another. Also I don't know why they have self checkouts if you can't even scan...
