Intimate concert experience where the sound is frankly just right.

You know when you go to a concert and you end up 100 feet from the stage and even from the back, your ears feel like they have been assaulted by noise so loud that you can't even hear your thoughts hours after you leave? Well, none of that happens here. It is just a simple, small room where the band stands just two feet above you. Not a bad standing spot in the house and you are never more than 20 feet from the action. I saw Low (with Andy Shauf opening) here and I never needed to put my fingers in my ears to save the patience of my future grandchildren.

The price for my show was definitely reasonable, as well. There is no dedicated parking spots, but I had no trouble finding a spot around the corner, right next to an awesome mural featuring philosophers and mortals alike.

Only complaint was the assuredly hipster bar next door had loud pounding base of even more assuredly obnoxious music that could be heard through the walls during quiet parts of the...

I can't weigh in on the selection of drinks, but the place itself is clean and the atmosphere is good. As a music space, they seem to support artists decently. It's small, and the placement of tables in the music venue, along with the low height of the stage, tends to make people stick awkwardly to the back or the sides of the room. Bathrooms are modern and clean, employees seem friendly.

The one problem with the location is lack of parking, but that's a problem more indicative of that area of Benson rather than Reverb itself. If you're going to see a show, especially if the Waiting Room is also having one, get there early. Otherwise you will end up walking a good distance, even on...

My show “IzzA VybE” had a last minute cancellation from a venue for our New Year’s Eve event and 1% Production for the Reverb Lounge took our show last minute and it ended up being a blessing. Communication was a bit rough in the beginning and we both almost cancelled my event because of it, but better understanding and better communication practices saved it and I was glad neither of us cancelled because it ended up being a success!
