Always a pleasant visit to Taco Co! The atmosphere is perfect and speaks "Benson" undoubtedly, and it always seems to be packed on a Friday or Saturday night. The seating is fun and creative, with swings and decorative pillows, and the restaurant is unique and fun.

We ordered the queso dip to start, as well as a couple of their adult capri-suns! Pricing on the drink pouches is very reasonable for the amount you get, and the taste on all the ones I've tried are wonderful..

But obviously the real MVP of this restaurant, are the Tacos. No, they aren't traditional tacos, they're giant, poofy, fried tacos. It almost feels like you're biting into a sandwhich with the amount of tortilla, fried to a delicious golden-brown on the outside. I tried the beef, carnitas, and barbacoa on this visit; and to be honest I think the regular ground beef is the real star of the show. It's seasoned well and super flavorful, and probably will be my sole taco order in the future. My girlfriend had the black bean option for one of hers, and said it was actually better than the ground beef... not sure I believe her on that one, but no sense in arguing!

The queso dip is a bit spicy, but wonderful as well, and dumping a chip-full onto my tacos absolutely took them over the top.

I'll continue to dine here, and reccommend you...

Food and drinks were fine but went here for happy hour and our experiences with the staff were BIZARRE! We arrived early and sat at the bar since we had more folks coming to meet us later. Had a drink and by the time a few of our friends arrived (still waiting on 2) the bartender was pushing us to close our tab and move to a table. Mind you the place was NOT busy. I told her we wanted to wait because we were not all here and was worried they had a 2 hour limit on the table but she forced us to close our tabs and move to the table anyway, told us that the waitress was complaining that we were ordering all our drinks at the bar and was worried we wouldn't have a high enough tab at the table (whaaaaaaat????). So we move and we order more food and drinks and after a few rounds, the waitress cuts us off?? She says she's worried we are going to drive home and we've already had a few rounds so they're done serving us. So, you were mad we were ordering drinks at the bar and not the table and then you're mad we're ordering drinks at the table?? CHECK PLEASE!! They are not interested in your happy hour business and they do not know how to interact with customers 🤷🏻‍♀️ At first we were discussing setting up a regular happy hour group there but I guess we will find...

Such a great place! Walked in greeted by a great host who shared with us our ability to explore while we waited which was as exciting as it sounds. Then we went to an amazing bar with amazing staff and ordered an AMAZING margarita that totally hit the spot. The music was so great - bob marley, Red Hot Chili Peppers, super hip songs - great mix! Decided to grab some tacos at the bar because it was so comfy and the bar tenders didn’t blink an eye at all of my questions. My husband and I both had the co- margarita - holy macaroni wow! So fresh, so good, and PAPER STRAWS to save earth and the oceans. Thank you taco co! Ok so that isn’t even the best part - beef tacos and carnitas tacos both are out of this world. First the beef - came out and in my tummy within like 4 minutes. So we ordered more of course! The vegi!! Fresh delicious and so flavorful - like my husband said “so flavorful” after taking a bite. And the salsa...holy cow. The salsa. Smokey. Fresh. Delish. You out did yourself Taco co. Ok for the negative - the tacos were so good I couldn’t order dessert. I couldn’t fit one more thing in my stomach so I had to pass on...

Walked in the other night at 9:34. Mallory greeted me at the door and told me they had already done last call for food but I could sit at the bar for a drink. Now, I’ve been to this place before, and I had been dreaming of stopping in for the puff shell birria tacos all week after a pool match down the street. Right as I was about to start crying and potentially throwing an adult tantrum, Ashley and Abby SAVED THE DAY!!!! They decided, ya know what? Here at Taco Co, we love our guests, even a minute or two after last call. They welcomed us in, took our order and served us the tacos I’d been drooling over allllll day! I didn’t catch the guys name who was there, but he was friendly as well! Abby, Ashley, Mallory… and everyone else working at Taco Co on Thursday night… you’re the bees knees! Food was AMAZING, hot, and Imelda’s fresh hand made puff shells were second to none! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!! Bomb staff, delicious food, great time!

We went for dinner on a Saturday night knowing it would be busy but they add you to a virtual waitlist that tells you your place in line. So we went down the street for some drinks while we waited and got a text when our table was ready. Our server was very nice and our food was delivered quickly. Their queso has definitely become my favorite in town! The tacos are big and very filling so I felt it was worth the price. I wanted to get their special drink pouch but we got there too late and they were out. The strawberry margarita was very good but my only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of strawberry and it doesn't come mixed together. Instead, you get a house margarita with ribbons of strawberry puree. I would still order it again though!
