Everyone at this location is beyond accommodating and kind. The store is clean and organized.

I have recently relocated to this side of town and due to the generosity and appreciation for their customers that walk through the door, this location has acquired my loyalty.

More specifically the employees I wish I could remember their names.

One of the young ladies , her name started with a “T” and she was so kind. The other young lady was named, Maddie.

As far as their management team goes- they are each amazing. *Athina has been been beyond helpful on several occasions. I’m addition, *Tina and *Alana are beautiful souls who are also beyond accommodating.

If I had more names in specific, I would list them.

What I can say, is EVERY employee there is outgoing and hospitable.

I am beyond thankful for their kindness every day. It truly makes a difference.

Just bought a salt and pepper shaker. It’s three weeks or so. They salt one wouldn’t work. I just wanted one that did. They didn’t have the same kind I bought but they had salt and pepper shakers from the same brand. I could have also use the store credit for something else. I paid $14 to $16 for them or so. I brought a receipt thinking it was that one but it wasn’t. I shop here all the time, I though were going to be able to help me. The manager on duty, female, didn’t get her name. I should have. Handled the situation very poorly. She didn’t help even help me after explaining my situation. You would think since the retail market is so competitive they would. Giving this store a one star because the manger handled the situation...

It was a disappointment for me, considering I was told it was amazing. It is located in a maze of a shopping complex with narrow 'streets'. Almost called it before it happened. I like TJHooker because it's like a glorified garage sale. Yes you rummage, but this store had the clothes so SO packed that if you could manage to single it out...it would be caught up on everything else. People not controlling their children screaming and running around. Many open empty boxes which told me there is a lot of theft. Either way, hopefully y'all have a better experience, still managed to spend $400 🫣 But there's always going to be another TJHooker...
