Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I ordered a cheese pizza to go over the phone . When I went to pick up, I didn’t check the pizza. Upon getting home I found out they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. I drove back to the store and tried to correct it. A young man told me they would make another cheese pizza. I waited for almost 30 minutes and the pizza still wasn’t ready. As I was standing there waiting patiently, a young man was telling another guy about how he misspelled my name on the order and put in the wrong item. That guy started talking about how he wouldn’t make a mistake and said that I needed to fix my language. All this happened while I was standing there and he didn’t know that I was the customer in question. I then answered him that I didn’t mention anything about pepperoni pizza while I was on the phone with him. That set him off and he started going off about how he is only 16 years old and I’m an adult alongside many disrespectful things. I called over the manager, and as I was talking with the manager, he continued yelling at me that another employee had to try to pull him away from the counter. The manager was not helpful in this situation as he was mostly quiet and just said he will talk to him. After that I was frustrated at the situation and canceled to enter order. I ordered pizza from here and the pizza is always good and hot and fresh. The food I never have a problem with. The problem I have is with the employees that work there. I called in my order and asked if they could break a hundred dollar bill they said they could. When I came into get my pizza the guy that was giving me my change had a attitude about it. The guy that took my order told me that they could break it what's with the attitude. If you guys cant break it then put a sign on the damn door. Also the person that took my order over the phone could have been a little more enthusiastic about taking an order or something. He sounded like he didn't want to be there, if that's the case then go somewhere else where you dont have to deal with customers. I used to like little caesars now not so much just because of the service. I understand being busy and understand having a long day but customers are your priority so deal with it. I will not be returning to any of the little caesars because I seem to have the same problem at...

Pathetic! Walked in on a dead night not busy at all and I was told it's a 10 minute wait, for which I replyed it's supposed to be hot and ready she replied only on cheese and pepperoni not hamburger so I said may I have cheese then for which she replied o it's still gonna be a 10 minute wait. Really little Caesars promote the $5 hot and ready when you walk in when I can go to any other pizza joint wait about the same amount of time and get a better pizza. Pick up the slack already, probably doesnt help the staff was all in high school and could care less. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Such a shame the hot and ready isn't hot and ready anymore it's a 10min wait then ready. What makes you different from any other pizza establishment at this rate.
