Target — Local services in Omaha

I recently ordered my groceries from this place. First off, half the items were suddenly "out of stock" so, ai didn't get them. That's fine. Whatever. But then when I went to get my groceries through drive up, I had 13 items missing. I called these guys.....they said they had no record of my order.......so I talked to a manager (Who was VERY nice and tried to help but.....13 ITEMS!!!!!!) and he also said he couldn't find it. So he called Target.com. They apparently had the information. So I called Target.com and talked to someone who told me they'd refund me my missing items TO A GIFT CARD. I explained that I never want to step foot in a target again so , I'd like a refund of my money. After 10 minutes of arguing, I finally got them to refund my money. It was short about $15 though, and I was still charged tax on the items missing from my order and also the items I paid for, but didn't receive. I also still have a pending transaction on my account for $54, which is from the items that were out of stock. It's been 5 days and it still pending using up money that is rightfully mine. Don't go here. They steal your money and then argue with...

My husband had the BEST Target trip today. He is high risk for covid (he actually has already been hospitalized for covid-caused pneumonia). Blair the manager and Lauren the runner went way above and beyond for him.

We live with 2 year old twins in a tiny house and I'm working from home. I've looked for disinfecting wipes at every weekly shopping trip the past couple months and never had luck, since they seem to sell out early in the day. And they are not available online or for drive-up orders.

Today he took our kids to Target and called the store from the car. He explained the situation to Blair, that he hoped to get some wipes but didn't feel safe bringing the kids inside. (I'm truly not able to work with them at home unless he is also there to keep them and my computer safe). Blair checked the stock, put together his small order, and Lauren came out to get his credit card and deliver the wipes.

Target may be the worst company in the world. With this location leading the way.. My wife just came from there in tears because she was trying to buy some Disney gift cards with our red card for some savings. She was told by the store manager she couldn't do it because it was fraudulent. Additionally he told her she didn't have the money to pay for it before he even rang it up I can only assume because she is Hispanic and apparently if your Hispanic you don't have any money. We were told by countless sources that this was a normal thing to do at target. She was immediately marked as a fraud and poor because of the way she looks. This manager is a racist bigot and refused to even take the payment by debit card, saying we needed cash. I will pursue every course of action I can to make sure this guy doesn't work in this town again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. ...
