IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I SERIOUSLY WOULD!!!!!! I donât know if they were prejudiced or racist or what but I have never had this at a panda before!! I eat at panda all the time and spent thousands of dollars here. The past two times I have not had a good experience. Customer service is EVERYTHING!! The first experience with the lady employee: I was there as a dasher picking up DoorDash orders as itâs what I do part time at night. She was rude, and she had no customer service skills and you can clearly tell she hated her job. I asked her while waiting for my dash order if they had shrimp. She said no. I get that. I thought that it was because they were cooking it. Then I decided after I dashed to get food for myself from there and came back. I told her I wanted to order and sheâs like for yourself? Just condescending like, as if I canât eat or afford it there. Then I asked about the shrimp again and she said â no we have none I told you that.â In my head I was thinking well I didnât know it was all night, Iâm sorry jeez.â Side note: (I called a different location and asked if they had shrimp and the man was kind and explained they are all out and the shipment wonât be here til the following dayâŚetc) A few days later I go back to give them a chance again. ( I LOVE PANDA!!!) this gentleman was just as rude. I got a three entree plate again. I got double orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp with noddles. I specifically asked him if I can get one serving of orange chicken on the plate, honey walnut shrimp and then in the other container I wanted the other portion of orange chicken. That was COMPLETELY NOT A THING!!!! He used the side box for my walnut shrimp and below is the picture. Everytime Iâve gone to panda, they always try to give the customer what they can because a 3 entree plate alone is over $13 bucks. This time he not only disregarded my request, he filled it without âfilling itâ I asked him can you please put a little more in there and he rebutted it by saying ââno, you only get six shrimp pieces.â Even if this is true (which I have been given more every other time, itâs an entree side and itâs also extra money to get it because itâs premium) he was rude about it. I could have been okay with that if I didnât feel like I didnât matter and they didnât want to make anymore food so they can go home since it was 830pm. All I know is I love panda, I love reviewing my honest opinion about a lot of places and this one just makes me so sad. I donât know if I will ever go back to this location and given the reviews and people I know, I will spread the word for others to be on the look out. I will pay hundreds of dollars for mediocre food if I felt like whoever was servicing me...
   Read moreFood is meh, service is slow- even though the pick up timeframe on the website always quotes 10 minutes, it usually takes about 20-25 mins or longer. Also, this place has the WORST crab rangoon I have ever had. I can't even describe the unusual taste, absolutely terrible. And the texture was completely soggy except for the tips. I am not entirely sure if what I ate was actually "food."
But it's the mobile website that prompted this negative review. I couldn't find a way to contact anyone through the official website, so I came here even though this feedback isn't necessarily specific to this location.
It's honestly comical how horrible your website is. I was asked several times to acknowledge a pop up of some kind. Join rewards, login (it could not locate my account and never sent the password reset), share location, new this, new that, Accept cookies, pass reCAPTCHA, and THEN several pop ups asked me to donate to 4 different charities. And when you close that...right on the confirmation page there were 4 additional charities to donate to. Eight attempts to get me to donate. NO MEANS NO!
Also, your popups are slow and kept popping up as I was typing or selecting items. The hitbox is right where you need to interact with the menu. I accidentally clicked them atleast 4 times and it took me away from the page I was on. I hit the back button and the page errored out. There was a point where I had to restart my entire order twice. I almost gave up entirely but I had a coupon that was not even worth the effort it took me to use it. It took me three attempts to get it to accept my coupon code because it said my order didn't qualify, but eventually it worked even though...
   Read moreUPDATE 7-4-2022: Tried this location again but with hesitation for the drive through and walk up service. I decided to try Online. This turned out to be a poor decision. Online order stated food ready at 12:32pm, but waited for them to serve another 7-9 orders in front of me. I did finally receive my food AT 1:02PM and it took them 2 minutes to fulfill the order. I was met with apologies from staff and store manager and I replied with "I expect this location to be slow but there's a guarantee on my order online". SAD PLACE, DO NOT GO IF EXPECTING ANY SENSE OF URGENCY. LOWER THE WAGES AND YOU'LL STILL GET THE SAME EFFICIENCY!!!
Older review: Food is good if they have it and you don't receive the response of "that'll be a (insert timeframe) minute wait. Every time I drive through or dine in it's a minimum 20 minuteâ wait. I really expect readiness and will dine elsewhere in the future. UPDATE:. Again with the waiting... Lies as to food preparation time and waiting! Was told 5-6 minutes for chicken teriyaki....25 minutes or more on a good day it seems for any items on the menu because they are poorly staffed with cooks or lazy to prepare the items on it and have them ready. I will try another location same distance from my house. This is has been the case every single time I have been to this chain in Omaha.
