Checked out this new boba spot and it did not disappoint. The bubble waffle was crispy on the outside and soft inside, definitely a solid snack for under $5. I grabbed a large lychee slush with tapioca boba, which was super refreshing, and the jasmine milk teas were smooth and not overly sweet.
