I would give this NEGATIVE star if I could. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the ENTIRE floor by counter was sticky. As we ordered and walked to choose a table to sit, the floor was STICKY in so many places. They got our order wrong so we asked them to make it right. They gave us the right meal second time. I noticed the employee would walk around the counter to the main room and chat with their friends or family. One of them (I hope an employee) had a baby and walked behind the counter into the refrigerator (see pic of open door. I didn't want to capture their faces) So unhealthy. The tables(we had to bypass three because they had WEBS and were so dirty) are not in good shape. Tears all over the benches. The TV was not on either. Probably will never come back here, there are other better places within a block of this place. I also would rather drive another 5 minutes away to a different BK than go to this one here. Stay away. I ordered doordash tonight and of course the shake machine is broken rather than aplogogize they give the driver a coke for me as a replacement which was already part of the combo order I already had in the order. as it has been the last 5 years I have lived in nebraska. This is a franchise location and if I was the owner I would be ashamed of how the employees/managers treat the customer and the grubhub/doordash drivers. Read more**Update: Although I haven't had to "pull around and wait" for awhile, every order I place is now wrong. I worked at Burger King in high school. You guys don't get that busy. How can you possibly screw up EVERY ONE of my SIMPLE orders??? I'm done with you. I'm emailing corporate.
Original review: This is the only BK near my house, and generally I like BK, but I can't stand this place anymore.
The employees are polite about 10% of the time (but I have never seen one smile). The food orders are almost never correct, but I only use the drive-thru, and hate going back to complain, because it means they get even less polite, and I would hate to imagine what they would do to my order then.
I don't understand why they even have a drive-thru, to be honest. Even when I'm the ONLY customer in the drive-thru, I have to pull around front and wait for nearly ten minutes. They ought to just have a sign at the window that says "Might as well come inside and order."
