Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Omaha

I went in and got two items they were marked on sale the one employee said they could be and the other was like no they're not I'm an employee and we get employee based products before they would go on there so I'm like I'm just asking. I pointed to the wall where you could see the advertisement plain and clear I just said maybe you need to move the items if they're not because you know someone could have just put them there and it could be something else and not that that's the reason I asked. After the employee check the price she was like yes it is on sale and it is that well that employee decided to just kind of I don't want to say stuff off but exit and then just tell the other person in the store she was going to go ahead and go to lunch even though they were talking about her lunch schedules when I first came up and who knows maybe it didn't bother them at all I just felt I apologize saying I'm sorry that I interrupted and if you really need to go to lunch or something at a certain time medicine or blood sugar or something like that and she was like no no...

Horrible is the only word that comes to mind. I used to manage a Victoria Secret so I know how they stand behind their products and how the return policy works. I purchased a bra that the wire came out of shortly after I started wearing it. Went to return it today and was treated so poorly by the associates. They were rude and unhelpful and basically said if I didnt like their answer to call HR or customer service. First off why would I call HR? I did call customer service from the store and the lady on the phone said they should do the return, they still refused. The lady on the phone took good care of me. But I will never return to the Oakview location, you would think in a dying mall they would want to keep.customers. i guess not! This store is nothing like when I worked for the company. Sloppy dressed, unprofessional and rude. Shame on them for treating...

Victoria’s Secret used to be a lot better. I went in yesterday and the panties were impossible to go through in the drawers, they were shoved in by the handful. Also no small medium large. It said small medium 34? I was looking in the medium drawer and there were larges and extra larges? There used to be girls out on the floor to measure and easily get a dressing room or assist with anything you may need help with. I had to search for an employee hanging out in the corner on her phone. As well as one register being open with an eight plus person line. The selection of panties has went way down and the quality of service has as well. Management please do better I really used to love this location but now it’s just not organized and the employees are lacking in number...
