The Arbor Event Venue — Attraction in Omaha

I had my wedding at Arbor Hall on June 8, 2013. I booked the hall a little less than a year ahead of time. We absolutely loved everything about the hall! Molly was my contact person and spent a ton of time answering my random questions and going over everything with me. We used the officiant through the hall as well. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

Our wedding was supposed to be outside. The day of our wedding, it was raining. When I arrived at the hall, Molly was setting up the ceremony to be inside. I was disappointed but knew it was going to be okay and started getting ready. As I was taking some outdoor pictures before the wedding, Molly came out and told me that she had checked the radar and there was nothing in the area for a while. She told me that we could have the wedding outside, as my husband and I wanted. The staff set up our wedding outside and took down the inside set-up. Just as our guests started to arrive, it started raining, hard. The staff then went in and re-set-up our wedding inside. Shortly before our ceremony was supposed to start, it stopped raining. They asked me what I wanted to do. After talking with my friends and family, we decided to just go for it and do it outside. The staff then went outside and wiped ALL of the 225 chairs down for my guests. We started the wedding and, of course, it started raining again. We had our wedding in the rain and it was absolutely perfect! We got to be outside in their beautiful courtyard, the officiant just kept going, and everyone was laughing and having a great time!

The reception was perfect as well! The staff at Arbor Hall went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. They set up our ceremony 4 different times and did it happily and with smiles on their faces! I had the perfect wedding day...

My husband and I got married here in September 2022. I cannot recommend them enough. Molly helped us plan our entire wedding, was there for every single question and patient the entire year. Rachel made the most amazing food for our wedding, she made our cake exactly how we envisioned and it tasted outstanding. They offer so many creative flavors and every bite tastes made from scratch.

They provided all of our decorations and put together the venue the day of. We paid additional to utilize the patio for our ceremony and I’m so glad that we did. Molly hand decorated the arch that we stood under and it was exactly how we imagined it. Molly also made our bouquets and boutonnières, they smelled so delightful and came out so gorgeous.

While I got ready, I had a private room that’s attached to the bathroom. It had a salon chair, mirror and plenty of room for all of us to get ready in. The dance floor is the perfect size with the sound set up so clearly throughout the entire venue. There’s a perfect bridal entrance to come down the aisle if you choose the patio, the perfect spot for the grand entrance for the wedding party.

Levi performed our ceremony and DJ services for our reception, he provided a light sense of humor and made sure to keep us on schedule to get through our games, dances and photo opportunities. He even kept the crowd entertained while we took a little longer at the lake just down the street for golden hour photos.

I’m sure that there a million little details I’ll think about to write here later, but the bottom line is: if you can’t decide where to get married, this is the place.

We had our reception here and you could not ask for a better place. In the lead up to it, everyone was super helpful, extremely professional, and organized everything for us perfectly! They took so much off of our shoulders for a very reasonable cost; the food, the cake, the decor, the drinks, the flowers, the DJ, and, of course, the setup and teardown of the venue. The reception went off without a hitch and we got so many compliments on the delicious food and beautiful venue. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, the DJ handled the dancing as well as you could imagine, and everyone had a great time! I heard later that one of our guests got a little too intoxicated and threw up in the bathroom, making quite a mess, but their staff handled it so well, we never even knew it occurred. Another thing they did was, no one in my family are big "cake" people, so we asked about providing little assorted angel food cakes and stuff that would be lighter for the dessert, in addition to our cake. And boy did they deliver! I'm lucky I didn't have the time to eat them earlier in the night because, once I tried one, I ate three before I even realized it. They were so good, topped with fresh berries and cream, and I was blown away!

More than anything, though, this team was sharp, on it, and knew exactly how to pull off the perfect wedding reception. They made our special day everything we'd wanted and more, and ensured our family would enjoy it and have a great time as well! Absolutely top notch, couldn't recommend highly enough.
