I have a toe ring that has the word SEXY on it that I purchased over 20 years ago when I lived in Hawaii and it, just recently, snapped in half. I was heartbroken! I wasn't sure whether it was fixable and I DEFINITELY didn't think that the lettering would ever be the same even if it could be fixed but I was ok with that as long as I could wear it again. My husband and I came into the store back in August (on my birthday to be exact) and ordered a new topper for my bracelet. It’s been well over 2 months and I still do not have the topper. My husband called the first time, about 6 weeks into it, and was told it was being hand made. When he called today he was told “We don’t control the mail”, by Johnathan.
