My husband I went into the Diamond Gallery to see if it would be possible to fix my twenty six year old wedding ring. The bottom of the bands have been worn thin, prongs were worn down around the main diamond and the channels holding the other diamonds have lost its sparkles.
After talking with Coy and his son Brandon, we were faced with deciding between repair, repurpose or replace. Trying to decide if repurposing my diamond or repairing led to the idea of starting new again. After a few visits the decision was made that we would start a new adventure. Going new came down to choosing between two rings. I really loved the sparkles and intricate design of one but needed the strong solidity of the other. Coy showed me a larger diamond to use in the second ring and was able to have both rings in one, while my husband was deciding on his new wedding band with Brandon’s guidance.
Years of experience of listening to those that come in with an idea, Coy, Brandon and the staff are able to listen, answer, and even guide you to find what you are looking for. Coy and Brandon have shared their knowledge to help my husband and I put our twenty six year old rings back in our original ring box from our wedding and helped us sparkle a little extra with our new rings for the next...
Read moreMy fiance just proposed to me with his family's beautiful vintage ring from the 70's, we like to support family businesses so we went with the diamonds gallery. There were 2 ladies and a man in there, after the $60 transaction I asked how long it would take and she said they only had one jeweler so it would be about a week. The jeweler called us the next day saying the 2 prongs on the side we're loose and he could construct new prongs, the cost was $85... We didn't want the diamonds falling out, and we were impressed they were working on the ring, so of course we agreed to have them repaired. He told us the ring would be ready for pickup the next day. My fiance went it, came out, gave me the ring and started driving. I immediately noticed it sat weird in my finger and the diamonds were unequally spaced apart from the main diamond. We went back, he took the ring in and the jeweler , which I was surprised was the same young guy from the first day, told my fiance he had a hard time getting my ring sized and he also said he didn't touch the prongs so the spacing problem was not his fault.....ummm okay... He said he would fix the problem for $35. We decided we're not gonna keep paying some ameture jeweler to mess up my ring any...
Read moreWow… That is my first and last impression of this fantastic jewelry store. This group of jewelers are seriously world class. I had a stunning ring I lost in a Spetic tank six years ago. I thought it was lost forever. Then by a small miracle it was recovered. I figured now that it as found the chemicals would have destroyed the ring. No question the ring was beaten up.
I just picked up this ring with its 21 diamonds and a combination of gold and platinum. It has an impressive and unique light gallery under the diamonds. I kid you not, the work done to restore the ring made it look better than when it was brand new. I am not easily impressed, but I was not only impressed but shocked.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was fair and if great value to me.
