Edit 02-15-23: What a difference a year makes. The igniter has gone out in the oven. We are WAITING and WAITING for this seller to order the replacement part. Its been 2 weeks. We keep calling the store, getting excuses and NO results and NO return phone call when promised. Can NOT get another repair company to come out because they have not heard of Olympic Appliance brand and are unsure if they can get parts. All this after the dishwasher we purchased at the same time, leaked as soon as installed. Jacob attempted a few repairs then just quit returning our calls. So disappointing. We prefer to support small business and shop local. This time it's really bit us in the buttocks.

Excellent customer service. Excellent appliances. Do yourself a big favor and check out this family owned and run store. I am LOVING my Olympic 36 inch gas range!...

Edit: 5yrs later 2 *s with the new owners as they do not do installation or appliance repair (at all) so it completely erases any benefit of going here instead of a box store that might be considerably cheaper, WILL install the product, and might even offer an extended warranty / handle servicing the equipment (Costco and the like). Maybe if you're just buying a fridge which does not have installation requirements (place it and plug it in) give this place a try but for anything more complicated, look elsewhere under the new owners.

Previous owners: 5 *s Walked in, found the dishwasher I wanted and now 6 months later it's still working perfectly. The prices might be a bit higher than the box stores, but they'll be the ones repairing the appliance as opposed to a contractor who may or may not know what...

Save yourself big dollars and from being treated rudely and take your business to Home Depot. This business took payment in full on a dishwasher, delivery and install and then never showed up. My wife called to see where they were and the lady was completely rude to her and said it was all our fault. Their employee had wrote down the wrong address and the delivery driver never bothered to call us and get the right address. They had our cell number. I use to prefer home town businesses over chains but not in this case. I went to Home Depot and was immediately helped by a nice young man that sold me a dishwasher, loaded it for me and showed me how to install it. We saved $450 and were thanked for our business. The Competition has gone way downhill from when Del owned it. Steer clear...
