Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ontario

I was recently an employee at the Ontario jack in the box I left today 3-12-19 because of the assistant manager Ty benson. She is rude to customers and belittles employees by cursing at them and pushing her way through everyone. My name is rebecca but I like being called Becky I had put that on my app when I applied but for the 7 months I worked there collectively in the 2 times I worked there no one called me Becky they put my name as becca I asked for it to be changed but no action was taken. Also I am not the only one there is a young gal named Colby but they call her cheese witch is degrading and she doesn't like it she quit because of the ignorance from our manager amd assistant manager Ty benson. Ty is also always on her phome that she takes with her in the restroom and then prepares food for customers. They dont wash their hands like they should and this month they are in food safety witch is the only time they practice food saftry. I worked get and I do not recommend coming here to eat dennys and mc d's is better food and better customer service. Also today and tomorrow were my first 2 days off in a row in 3 months after requesting just 2 days off in a row I came in to cover a shift of a young pregnant girl because they work her to the bone as for anyother good employee until their life was miserable I have gotten 6 hours of sleep in 4 days because of the shifts they give yu Monday 15-1 Tuesday 8-16 Wednesday off Thursday 22 -6 Friday 22-6 Saturday 10-18 Sunday off. That's my scedual this week that we got Sunday last week because the assistant manager does everything last minute. If I could give a zero I absolutely would. We came in through drive through tonight and received the worst customer service we have ever received. We had a pretty big order and it was busy I fully understand that. And of all things it’s Christmas so me and my husband understand it’s a tough day for some workers. We were told to park up front! Totally okay by us we were glad they were open. The manager ( who we found out was the manager )came out with our food. With a very rude demeanor. She looked very disheveled so we tried our best to say maybe she’s just having a rough night. We asked if everything was in there’s and she just walked off. My husband and I look through the bags and we are missing tacos. So we go inside. As we make it inside . The “manager” was talking about my husband and I . Saying awful things . She didn’t realize we were at the counter till my husband said, since you want to talk bad about customers you might wanna also get our tacos. We also asked for the manager which was her and she completely ignored us. Locally I have seen people slam this franchise on fb I should of stayed clear. I will being calling corporate do hopefully they can look back at the cameras and see how their manager engages with customers . It’s really a shame, I understand life happens but this is not okay. Maybe someone in the community really needs to shed light on the unprofessional aspect of this franchise and the way they are speaking to...

I’ve been coming here for two years since I moved to Oregon. The service here differs on the time of day. I obviously know it’s going to be busier at night when the dinner starts and that’s usually when I go. I can’t complain too much about the service being slow at that time. The food is always fresh, however. I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees here. They have all been super nice and kind to me and my children. I take my daughter here when she gets good grades, and I get her a milkshake, the milkshake machine has never been down. I always ask the employees for extra cherries because my daughter loves them and never gets them, and they always give them to her. Sometimes they add two extras. Sometimes they add four. Aside from them being super generous with the cherries. They’re always super nice to talk to you. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They all have been professional, and super friendly. None of them have ever had an attitude with me or my family which has been super nice. I don’t think I have a bad thing to say about this location. It’s easy, the employees we nice, place is clean and they give the light of my life extra cherries. What more...
