Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Ontario

This is the third time going to them where they've messed up my order and then giving me attitude because I was like oh well I asked for this instead could you please fix this and it was just between a size difference like a large or medium like and just the Barista was rude the other Barista was also rude was like there was... They were amazing this time got my order correctly made it just write the dogs loved it I will have to try them again next time I'm back in town only one that was really nice and was like I'm so sorry let us get this fixed for you but the other ones are like really you're going to complain about the size and they actually stated that too and we're just kind of off-putting I may have to try the other Dutch Bros in town when I'm in town...

My experience in line was that regulars are treated with accurately and grace, for me not so much. Ordered a green rebel, costed nearly 6 dollars and this is what i retrieved. No where near green, the picture is before i even drank out of it!!!! The employees were very inconsiderate and told me thats the way it is as they walked away, best of all is the inconsiderate response when i told them the truck they were allowing to back up in line force me to slam on my gas n brakes to prevent an accident. I wish the best for your business, but with so many more options i dont see you even competing with the McDonald's...

Whenever I'm in town from London, I stay in Ontario, Oregon the staff are always so helpful and friendly & always remember me to and my order to which amazes me considering how many customers they serve daily at each of the little locations around town! Much prefer Dutch Brothers to Star Bucks thats for sure. So I always tell people I know visiting ontario to use them rather than other places and their prices are reasonable to! So thank you to all the lovely staff at the drive through store the most as I use this location...
