CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Ontario

Incredibly impossible to get a prescription filled here. You are better off going somewhere else. I am out of refills. I transferred my prescription in in December. I personally spoke to the Pharmacy who said it wasn't time for a refill. Ok. So I'll wait till I'm almost out. I transfer it in a week before I'm out. No good. I transfer again when I run out, again no word. So I call. It seems my Doctor denied my prescription in December because I haven't seen him in a long time. December.. it's February and now I'm out of blood pressure pills. Cvs didn't think it was important to tell me the Doctor denied it 2 months ago. I could have seen him before I ran out had I known. Also, if you call to check a refill it's like a test , they ask what medication and if you forget and say the wrong medication , you lose, no...

It's really sad that you never find someone to help on the store, and you have to wait for someone to help you at the register, or if you need something from the locked cabinets, the store is way to hot no air-conditioned...
