Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Ontario

Just visited juice it up for the first Time and when I first arrived the gal behind the counter was very sweet and answered my questions but when I got my smoothie it was one of the worst I've ever had from a business and it tasted very bland. I was disappointed. When I asked if she could add more fruit to it or remake it she said no and that I would have to buy another smoothie and there was nothing she could do. I wish I could have had a better experience here but unfortunately I have to say I do not recommend coming here for smoothies. I love juice it up and I usually order a Pineapple Punch from there. It used to be on the menu but they took it off a year or so ago. Even though it is no longer on the menu, I am able to order this item with no problem and the workers immediately know how to make it. However at this location, the worker told me that they don’t have it there and didn’t know how to make it. If you are going to work at a smoothie/drink place, you need to know how to make items that are no longer on the menu. It is one of the main parts of the job and should be common knowledge. Come here couple times a week service is fast place is super busy I gave it five stars I’ve been to a lot of Juice it up Six it’s what I do for lunch most time when I’m at work I’m just one video they say they’re going to do the juice is good except for they could mop the floors in the waiting area a little more other than that I still get it five stars because there’s a lot of people in there all the time it is by Lowe’s in a lot of contractors going there so appreciate you Juice it up through the years keeping me fed for lunch always
