Office Depot — Local services in Ontario

Let me just start by saying these guys are great! They have superb service, patience, knowledge and an awesome team. I come here at least 6 times a week and each time I have complex projects. They've always figured out a way to get the job done even when I'm confused. If you're looking for a place to help you with your everyday needs, small business ventures or corporate level services, this is definitely your place. Andrew is always on top of everything, that guy can run the print center with his eyes closed. Nick is super informative on every electronic item in there. The rest of the team is amazing as well, thx Ruby, Jason & all the others for not only doing an awesome job, but going above and beyond my level of expectations....

The customer service is horrible! Something as simple as purchasing a flash drive took 45 minutes, and still walked out empty handled. You select your flash drive in the isle then take the empty box to the counter, for the cashier to pull it out the locked case only to find they do not have it in stock. The cashier is clueless and does not understand simple instructions such as you should inventory what’s available so customers are not wasting their time. Items are on sale but not available for purchase and they do not offer rain check completely unprofessional for a business supply store. Save your time GO ELSE WHERE!...

Not good if you are wanting to ship via FedEx. I was told they won’t accept anything with batteries, which isn’t on the list of restricted items on the website. Called corporate Office Depot and was told they should be accepting them and it’s not against any policy but they couldn’t get anyone from the store on the phone to figure out why I was denied shipping. It was all boxed and pre-paid label. If you are going to have that policy it should be on the website and if it’s store specific it should be on a sign letting customers know.
