Seeing as though I am an EX Employee that was just there not even two weeks with barely 20 hours under the belt for 2 weeks. Hi, Adrian Figueroa here giving you the words up on Subway you guid to the most unappetizing, stale, day old, cleaning utilities out of order, tomato almost rotting still. My employer Ruksan had seen to it that my every time job duties were of something that I lacked time in and time out despite the proper training. She ended up hiring a new person a day after I was admitted to the team. Then afterwards complained to me personally about budget cuts which meant I know what it had to do about me. She also would try and take tips from customers who would be ordering having the āgoonsā do the dirty work while she stood at the cashier waiting for the transaction to occur. The POS register that we are assigned to have different system profile and depending on which profile you are on you would get the tip. So if it wasnāt your name on their you aināt getting anything and Iād get tips. I shared I didnāt care if I got the less like I always did, I just wanted a job something to stay afloat. For you see I am a long term drug addict looking to get back into the world and I have recently obtained my degree within Sociology a feat that I have struggled with for the past 10 years but I did it. Story aside, I would always be compliant, be very appreciative of the work, and gave my can do attitude. At least my work ethic did not suffer though I know some of us who...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this Vineyard Subway location, to order 6 subs. When I arrived, there was 1 employee making 3 online orders by herself, which I patiently waited for. When it was finally my turn, the employee worked as fast as she could, to complete my order. The meatballs were not ready, which meant that she needed to stop with the other 4 subs, to get the meat prepared. Meanwhile customers were lining up behind me. In between making my subs, the solo employee, managed to make subs for the other customers, to keep her line moving. One customer asked for coffee, and that wasn't even ready! In all, it took 40+ minutes for me to get my order completed. Subway needs to do much better than this! It is beyond poor Customer Service, to allow any Customer to wait 40+ minutes for the completion of any order! Not even having a Cashier to support, increases the possibility of unsanitary and unsafe Food Handling processes, as people cut corners to keep up. I am sure that I did not see the Subway employee change her gloves after ringing up a couple of customers, before retuning to make more subs. Subway, rest assured that I will take my $56 order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHello unfortunately the survey already expired but I would like to send some feedback. The subway located on S. Grove store #2334 is always exceptional and from my experience great customer service. Although the lines are sometimes long the employees always apologize and acknowledge every customer that walks thru the door. I did also go by the S. Vineyard store a hand full of times, not by choice because every experience there has been awful. The cleanliness is not up to par. Customer service horrible she is rude bottomline. The glass doors that cover the meats and condiments filthy. It kind of made me think twice about eating my sub. Just wanted to bring this to whomever it may concern so this problem could be fixed. Shout out to the S. Grove store I will definitely...
