Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Very disappointing. I just moved here from Moreno Valley CA. Now with all the problems going on with the stores in Riverside/MoVal I was excited to finally be able to order a Papa John's Pizza again. I used the app, which was great and easy to use. The delivery was lightning fast, too fast as a matter of fact. When I looked at my pizza and cheese sticks I knew right away they were under cooked. When I tasted them, it was definitely confirmed. So everyone understands, my degree is in Hotel and Restaurant management and I, in the past was a store manager for both a corporate and a franchise Pizza Hut. Plus several other fast food establishments before I left the restaurant industry. Anyway, my joy, after several months of not being able to order Papa Johns because of where I lived, quickly turned to disappointment. Now Im not asking for anything free. Just please let whomever the manager is at the Archibald location in Ontario know that while quick delivery is important. A proper bake on the pizza is an even greater priority. I'll give you guys another shot in the future to see if this issue is...

DO NOT ORDER HERE.......Spending a nice evening relaxing night at home thought I’d order a pizza turned out to be a nightmare. I called at 5:20 to order pizza the girl was doing obviously too many things at once she got the wrong name she got the wrong address so the driver calls an hour later tells me he has the wrong address and not my name to call him back. Couldn’t reach him so I called the store she ask for my name I say not sure name I’ll give you my number she was so rude like it’s my fault I say please call driver just give right address. I waited for 1 hr 30 min nobody called back and management knew who I was and said you keep calling here which yeah I paid for something and have nothing of course. 2 times pizza still not here she says what’s the name I said again I don’t know can I give # and she says ok well your talking over me I said excuse me. She said sh will try driver again I said no you will refund my money ASAP and I never will order from papa johns again. She literally said that’s just fine. Wow what happened to customer service .... It...

I haven't tried Papa John's Pizza in years. A friend mentioned it in passing, so when I had the opportunity, I went ahead and purchased a voucher for a discounted pizza. I really don't have much to say other than, ordering online, as required, isn't the easiest thing. The pizza was lacking in quantity, (of ingredients), considering it was a Specialty Pizza. Sadly enough, the flavor that stood out was the green pepper. Where's the meats? I do have to say that the gentleman who helped me did the best he could with what he had. I have to thank him for that. The place is for Carryout and Delivery only so no frills here. I did notice, on the pictures I took of the menu, that there are no prices for the pizzas nor the drinks they offer......
