Saving Zone — Local services in Ontario

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I purchased a cell phone charger from this store, terrible mistake! The charger heated up my phone on the second plug in the charger heated up and burned out the battery causing my phone to be unchargable. I had to pay $63 to have a new battery put in. I went back to Savings Zone to speak to the manager and when I tried to explain what happend she not only insulted me but got in my face about how she cared less about the damages to my cell phone. She was raising her voice and drawing attention to me. I was completely appauled as I have never recieved such dehumanizing treatment from any business. As a consumer I'm outraged that one could be traded this way. My main goal was to go there to tell them what happend so others wouldn't have the same thing happen to their phones, but instead I was mistreated and left humiliated! I shop at mom and pop shops to support small businesses but I will never shop at this...

This is good shop for a bargain store! The atmosphere is great and the workers are friendly. The store is laid out well and thi is are easy to look through! I enjoyed almost everything about it.
