I honestly just come here to buy lotto tickets. It seems to be a lucky place by all the banners they post of all the tons of winners that are posted outside. Unless they're fake. Regardless, that's what i come here for every once in awhile. Maybe, just maybe I'll be one of those people on their banners. Lol. Most employees are pretty nice and wish you luck. A bit shady at times, they have strange people coming in and out, (don't seem like customers) maybe hired muscle? Or bad actors? This city does seem like a pit stop between major cities so it might be warranted (a hub for criminal activity) be weary of this place if you're a tourist. We do live in a surveillance state so keep that in mind...
