No idea what the positive reviews are about. I've been to multiple locations, but none were this bad. Dozens of flies inside, no English speaking employee so she got my entire order wrong. After 30 mins of digging out the ingredients I said NO to, I was left with less than half of the bag only to find hair in it. On to the elote. I said mayo only, but she put eveything in it anyway. This is our favorite ice cream shop. The workers are always friendly and there are so many ice cream flavors to choose from. I really like that their ice creams have good texture. My husband's favorite ice cream flavor here is gansito and there are actually nice sized chunks of gansito in the ice cream, not just the flavor of gansito.
