WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

This place seriously sucks. Don't get me wrong, I had tried it before I'm Whittier and actually liked it. Let's start with food safety and cross contamination. First off, gloves are to be worn when handling food at all times, if you touch your hair or face, wash your hands... please. Secondly, cross contamination. If you cut chicken and beef at the same moment, use a diffrent knife and change gloves as well. The risk of cross contamination is there so take appropriate actions while handling our food. Third, I did not see a food grade at this facility not did I see any training certificate on Food Handing or any signs reminding employees to wash your hands.

And lastly. The prices and portions do not add up. So Mr Wabba.... if you're reading this...

Train your employees. It's not just a job,these people are feeding other people so be extra careful. If you need to, train then on Food handling....

Mr. Wabba. You better hope no one gets sick from this facility. Law suit just waiting to happen. And no,not me....I don't need your money but others would gladly enjoy it.

Let me start by saying, I'm an avid WaBa customer, I eat there almost every single day due To my work being so close and limited healthy eating options in the surrounding area. I also eat at many different locations when I'm not close to work and this specific location beats them all in respect to the cleanliness, orders coming out efficiently, correctly and delicious. I'm not sure who the manager is, I'm going to assume its a gentleman named CHRIS? because I've seen him there every single day as I pick up my food, and he definitely shows high characteristics, attributes in good leadership and Managment. Super friendly and always has a smile on his face to greet customers. I am definitely not discrediting the rest of the staff as they do wonderful as well, the franchisee has a great staff...

Usually don’t leave reviews …. But I’m just honestly so upset. I drove 20 mins on my lunch break to the nearest waba grill for an order I’ve gotten so many times. Just never from this store. I asked for a simple grilled shrimp bowl with boom boom sauce. I got a bowl with raw shrimp? Steamed at best! And it’s my fault for not checking my food before I left, but again I drove 20 minutes and I was in a rush to get back to my office to eat my lunch.. but ugh I’m just so disappointed… I was really looking forward to my food, but again it’s my fault for not checking.. pictures below of what I ordered, and the description of the order saying grilled.
