One Stop Smoke Shop — Local services in Ontario

Blatant rip off. They were listed on puffcos website as an authorized seller. I came in for a hot knife(just getting into dabbing but splurgeing). I did little research and was generally trusting. They have 2 prices. 1 at 99.99 and another at 79.99. When I asked what the difference was he told me the more expensive one offered additional heat settings and app connectivity. Not wanting to deprive myself of the best, I bought the one he said had more features.

I put it in my car and go next door to eat. After a min I decided to check the price online. Some websites had them on sale for 35 and puffco had them for 49.99 normal price. To top it off there is only one model.

Less than 5 min go by and I run back in to verify what I already knew, there were no returns. I went back ate my food then came back to let them know the price is a rip off. The associate who sold it to me tried to say this was the "pro" version of puffcos hot knife. That doesn't exist. So one for 99.99 and one for 79.99

After hearing me tell the associate he was wrong and all he did was rip me off on top of selling a different color of the same product at a higher price and saying it's a pro model, a manager or owner came out. He tried to tell me it was limited edition when I said a pro version doesn't exist. It was silver, the same one they had available online at that moment.

I get it times are tough, but gouging people isn't how you do business. Do yourself the favor and go to grass roots across the street...

Almost 2 months ago now, I purchased myself a GPen Connect with the very helpful aid an knowledge base of products available with Jordan. All has been great.. Just recently I had to visit for what I believed was a faulty battery, an was about to have it replaced, no hassle, New battery was in my hands, but that didn't seem correct to my problem at hand. So upon further troubleshooting together Brook an I had came to the conclusion it was not my battery but that it most likely was my tank an needed a new tank not battery... An so she opened a new tank, we/I tested it to confirm a new tank was what I needed an not a new battery.. Also to add to this review I traveled from OC (Santa Ana) for this base on 2 reasons 1 Jordan said upon purchase if i have ANY problems with my new GPen, to bring it in. Just 2 weeks after purchase date, I had to return to purchase a replacement glass adapter. Happy with both customer service experiences I had no qualms with making the trip from OC to resolve my issue.. This used to be my favorite smoke shop. But here recently I bought a $30 set of scales from them that doesn't work. I figured with a much money as I spend in there each week they'd be a fool not to accommodate me on this issue. Sure enough they are fools. First the lady insults me by saying the scales had drugs on them when they haven't even been used yet. Then she had the nerve to tell me they look like they've been dropped. Which she's probably right, only they must've been dropped by one of their employees because I sure as hell didn't drop them. So over all I get stiffed for 30 bucks on a scale that I'll have to throw away. Looks like I'll be finding a...
