I brought my Samsung S23 Ultra to A&M to replace the screen. I had cracked it while working. We agree to $100 deposit and $150 when the phone was repaired. When I received my phone I noticed something off but couldn't tell what it was. Got back to my car and realize they put the wrong screen on my phone by the time I turn my head to look back at store, the lights were off. In my head I knew I had to go back, I couldnt accept the phone like this. A few days pass by (store has irregular hours) and I finally get them to accept their wrongdoing and they said come back tomorrow ill have a screen for you. So next day comes by and its closed, the next day the man in shop isn't the guy who fixes phones but I finally get the bald Dominican guy the 3rd day. He places my screen on order and says come back tomorrow. I stop by "tomorrow" on my way home from work and at 5pm they tell me he just went out to pick up my screen. He says ill call you to come back, i left my phone and waited for a call. I got the call around 8pm to come get my phone and I receive with the original screen size on it. I left the store relieved until the next day my battery swelled up and my back glass began to bulge out. I never went back after that, I took the phone to a place that offers warranties and guaranteed me they knew what they were doing. I was able to watch the place replace my swollen battery and they showed me that the place i brought it to before used way too much glue and it seemed to him they were inexperienced. I wasted so much time and money on this screen replacement that I would just never go back.

Llevé mi Samsung S23 Ultra a A&M para reemplazar la pantalla. Lo había roto mientras trabajaba. Acordamos un depósito de 100 dólares y 150 dólares cuando se reparó el teléfono. Cuando recibí mi teléfono noté algo apagado pero no pude decir qué era. Volví a mi coche y me di cuenta de que pusieron la pantalla equivocada en mi teléfono cuando giré la cabeza para mirar hacia atrás en la tienda, las luces estaban apagadas. En mi cabeza sabía que tenía que volver, no podía aceptar el teléfono así. Pasan unos días (la tienda tiene horas irregulares) y finalmente hago que acepten sus malas acciones y me dijeron que volvieras mañana para tener una pantalla para ti. Así que al día siguiente llega y está cerrado, al día siguiente el hombre en la tienda no es el tipo que arregla los teléfonos, pero finalmente consigo al tipo dominicano calvo el tercer día. Pone mi pantalla en orden y dice que vuelva mañana. Me detengo en "tomorrow" en mi camino a casa desde el trabajo y a las 5 pm me dicen que acaba de salir a recoger mi pantalla. Él dice que te llamaré para que vuelvas, dejé mi teléfono y esperé una llamada. Recibí la llamada alrededor de las 8 pm para venir a buscar mi teléfono y la recibo con el tamaño de pantalla original. Salí de la tienda aliviado hasta el día siguiente, mi batería se hinchó y mi vidrio trasero comenzó a abultarse. Nunca volví después de eso, llevé el teléfono a un lugar que ofrecía garantías y me garanticé que sabían lo que estaban haciendo. Pude ver cómo el lugar reemplazaba mi batería hinchada y me mostraron que el lugar al que lo llevé antes usaba demasiado pegamento y le parecía que no tenían experiencia. I went in for a phone repair, after another place was charging me way too high by lying about a component and they kept my phone hostage for 5 hours, I came into this shop and within 20 minutes it was fixed and was given an honest account and breakdown of prices. lied to the customer and ripped me off and refused a refund. told me $99 for screen replacement when I called, my coworker did it for me and was charged $125 in the store.

When i confronted the bald guy about it, he said no refunds (of course) but he’ll give me a store credit. Gave me the wrong screen size replacement. Unacceptable....
