I called Essex Locksmith after being locked out of my Camry with the keys in the trunk. They sent their Locksmith Colin to my rescue. I watched as he carefully opened the driver's side door to allow access to the door handle. He had to remove the handle in order to bypass the alarm system to gain access to the trunk of the care. When it was time to return the door handle I was amazed with how he used his fingers to navigate the small opening to realign the the mechanism to insure not only the handle was functional that the alarm would re-engage. His focus was unwavering even as the temperature in the parking garage was not helping my circulation. The staff at the office was extremely professional as well. I came in close to closing time, mainly to see if they would be able to help. I got my questions answered and was headed out the door, intending to return the next day. One of the guys came outside and called me back inside.

Mick stayed behind and expertly cut and programmed my keys. He stayed a few minutes late. All the guys there were very helpful and kind.

I paid $117 for this service. If you are thinking about getting more than 1 key cut/programmed bring them all for a discounted rate. Other “mobile locksmithing” services quoted me at $300 per key.

I went into the store and no one was at the counter, so I waited until a tall baldhead man came to the counter without greeting me, so I said hello with a smile and I asked him if he had a long day and he just looked at me. I proceeded to ask his name and he said it didn’t matter. The rudest person I’ve ever met. I went there to make an appointment to have my locks changed, but after that, I turned around and walked out. Bad business. I will definitely let everyone know to never spend their money...
