If you want something to be done sentimentally right, and heartwarming, you need Etchey. They are amazing!

I am a person who loves to give gifts that have a lot of thought put into each of them. I want to see individual's face light up when they open their present, and Etchey is a big contributor to that. I have been a longtime customer of Etchey, and they don't disappoint. I have had custom made cutting boards done for newlyweds, to milestone blocks for newborns, to coffee tumbler for my everyday addiction. One cherished item I purchase from Etchey, which seems to be done annually, are the custom made ornaments for my family tree. I have had Etchey design and produce ornaments with every person in my family's name on them. Couples in one ornament, singles in their respective ornament.

What's been amazing to witness is my family tree ornament collection has increased tremendously over the years, and Etchey has saved my design, since I am a repeat customer, so all they do is add the new name(s), and send me my new ornament for the holiday season.

Their customer service is outstanding! I know I am a difficult person to work with, because I like things done in a particular way. Etchey's employees are beyond patient. They are so responsive to my questions, and quick to make an edit if I don't like something, and never have made me feel like I am asking for too much. Order still hasn't arrived.

Terrible service. Rude response. Ignored. Confused.

I ordered this a children's light and they ETA gave me 2 spare weeks to allow before I needed to gift this item. The item produced in LA and ordered on the 22nd April still shows as being in LA and it's the 15th May... When I followed up, I received no apology, no alternate solutions, no advice, no refund possibility. Just a copy and paste of the same tracking information I have been staring at for 2 weeks. To say nothing has changed.

As part of their what seems to be an obligatory response. They said that overseas shipping can take 2-3 weeks now they didn't say if that was total or additional. And when I warmly and politely given the circumstances, offer advice to suggest that I jn the future maybe they could have that reflected in their tracking for overseas customers to ensure that there is no disappointment and that all is within a set expectation. I was given no response...

They treat you as if you're disposable and at their convenience. It's a terrible expierence. And I would highly recommend buying elsewhere because this store isn't the only one who sells items of the...

Terrible customer service. Their idea of making things better by shipping the wrong item was 10 percent refund. Less than $3. Attention to detail is terrible. They placed a sticker on my item spelled correctly yet the item had the wrong name etched. Who makes that mistake? You have to read the label and stick the sticker on the clear package so it’s pretty easy to see that you’re mailing the wrong item. Now my daughters present is late for her birthday and there’s nothing they did to make it better. Not throw in an extra item for her birthday, nothing. A new item was shipping again, LATE. That’s not satisfactory...
